Huey is an Afrocentrist and an avid supporter of Black Power. It's just Nigga Culture isn't what he wants to empower. He doesn't believe that being Black automatically makes you a better person but he does want his community to get from under what he perceives as an oppresie white supremacy. Hell he likely believes Nigga Culture is a conspiracy of White Supremacists to keep his people stupid and in line, and he's more or less right though I don't really see Wuncler as a white supremacist as a Him Supremacist but the affect is all the same.
