I've been a TMNT fan since I was a little kid and I haven't watched this yet. How bad is it?

It's fun. I enjoyed it probably more than I should have. People calling it complete shit are just angry. Turtles is what it is. Just fun shit. Actually looking forward to the new one.
It was completely awful.
HOWEVER.
ALL the TMNT movies are awful. Yes, even the ones from the 80s that you loved as a kid. They are awful. However, they also fun. This movie was too.

Also the 1990 movie is one of the best comic book movies of all time.
I refuse to believe Fox is really that stupid, and Deadpool at least opened the door to integrate Fox-verse into the MCU.

fucking brilliant anon. It's obvious Sokovia has a lot more impact on the MCU than I thought, judging all the references in Civil War.Also wasnt Zemo a freedom fighter? It's easy to retcon that Sokovia was in a power struggle with Latvian insurgents and the AoU incident pushed them over the edge.
