Anyone else find it rather strange that there is a whole dimension/world within the DC universe that only a lesser known Flash Rogue has access to? I didn't watch this series when it was new. I think it premiered on Kids WB and I didn't watch a whole lot of network TV in the early 2000s. I caught a few episodes when they re-ran on Cartoon Network, but not enough to say I was familiar with the show. I do remember a lot of people being upset with The Joker's voice, but with over a decade to let that dust settle, how did it compare to other Batman cartoons?
