The rules: 8 members, and each team must have at least one character that fills each of the following roles:
Leader (obvious)
Psi (psychic powers)
Muscle (brick/heavy)
Kid (the Kitty Pryde / Jubilee / junior recruit X-Men archetype)
Villain (semi-reformed, in the grand X-Men tradition)
That leaves a few spaces open for characters which don't fill a specific archetypal role. ALSO: I WILL allow characters to fill multiple roles. M, for example, is Psi + Muscle.
Each character must be primarily associated with X-Men family comics, or a mutant....

iceman
archangel
nightcrawler
wolverine
colossus
that's all you need. if they cant handle it you're fucked m8
Guess I'll try to get the ball rolling.
Leader: Madrox. Because he seems to be pretty good at it, entirely by accident.
Psi: Nate Grey, semi depowered as in the late 2000s New Mutants run. Underappreciated, and I think there's some decent story potential for him.
Muscle + Villain: Juggernaut. That's Cain, not Colossusnaut.
Kid: Layla Miller, before she grew up. Kid-Layla and Madrox were fun.
Others:
Moonstar: Co-leader with Madrox; strategy falls to him, tactics to her.
Dr. Nemesis: Science guys are always useful, and he's fun.
Blink:...

>Peter and Mary-Jane are living together. Peter is working as Dr. Connors' lab assistant while Mary-Jane is struggling with her acting career. Gwen, who has become Mary-Jane's friend and is dating John Jameson, recommends Mary-Jane to an over-the-top manager (reportedly Bruce Campbell), who gets her a gig in Los Angeles, but she's reluctant to go because of Peter.

tl;dr >lizard is not in this movie either
>that episode where Lisa pet cats keeps dying
I wish for once The Simpsons had an episode that didn't revert to the status quo again. I think having actual changes would have prevented the series from going downhill the past 15 years.
Fuck that episode.

How does /co/ feel about South Park?
>>80289885
Also the GIF does not relate to my feelings about South Park, South Park I my favorite cartoon
>>80289885
It varies. A lot of episodes are hilarious, clever, and the satire spot on, and other times it falls flat with outdated cultural references or unworthy or just wrong targets for satire and it can be too obvious the script was written in 2 days.
>>80289885
Past its prime.
>your favourite band is now doing the soundtrack to the last cartoon you watched

What does /co/ think of F is for family?
I personally enjoyed it. I liked how it was a continuous story strung out across the season
I'm still hoping for a season 2 since Franklost his job and left the reaction on a cliff hanger
I watched the episode where he took his son to work. Was pretty unfunny.
Worth a watch.
The nazi was the best part.
>>80287515
It's not hysterical but it's enjoyable to watch
You should watch them all in order though. When one episode ends the next one immediately take off from
So if zooms "Jay", and the real Jay is probably the man in the mask, why didn't Harry take one look at Jay and go UM, THAT AINT JAY.

Harry is working with Jay
Because they all look exactly the same.

Crisis on infinite Jays
The more I think about it, the more I wonder what went wrong here. I mean, a movie about Jonah Hex, directed and written by the guys who did Cranked 2? How the hell did this movie come out to be as bad as it was? What the hell were they thinking? I mean, on paper, this movie really should've been incredible.
>megan fox
No, it really didn't.
>>80283321
It may just be because of her turn as Furiosa, but I can't help but think that Charlize Theron would've been a perfect Tallulah Black.
Its because they tried to make a "superhero" western movie, rather than a western that just happened to be based on a comic book character.
>In 2003, The WB greenlit a TV show about the Flash produced by Todd Komarnicki and modeled after SMALLVILLE. In the show, Barry Allen is a high school student from Gotham City who develops the ability to travel through time after a laboratory accident and uses his newfound abilities to correct damages done to the timestream. Allen was envisioned as an average teenager in plainclothes, while "The Flash" refers to the process of moving forward or backwards in time.
Damn, we sure as fuck dodged that bullet

There he is. There he goes again.
Who's going to win the Academy Awards?
>>80281992
whats that non-american cartoon doing there?
filling a quota?
Before this thread delves into cancer, can we just take a moment to accept that even though Inside Out will win and the Academy doesn't care about animation, there's nothing we can do about it anyway? At least Inside Out is a decent movi.e., so it's not like Minions was nominated. Let's use today's thread as an excuse to talk about the movies that are nominated, and then when tomorrow comes around there will be threads bashing the winner.
Prologue and We Can't Live without Cosmos were so fucking hype. Latter is online in HD if you haven't seen it.
>>80282588
Just like the academy itself, no one on /co/ has seen any of the nominees other than the Disney ones. There simply aren't enough shallow waifus to grab their attention.
As someone with little prior knowledge of the character outside of a few pages posted here and knowing Reynolds has had a long standing boner for him, this was a pretty solid genre-fusion superhero deconstruction. What does this mean for superhero movies going forward? On an unrelated tangent, what capeshit would you want to see Tarantino or the Coen Bros helm?
>>80280667
>the Coen Bros
Howard the Duck.
Full stop.
Considering we know for an absolute fact that Tarantino gets everything wrong about super heroes, none.
>>80280667
> genre-fusion superhero deconstruction
My mind went to all those tumbler shits that try to place a label on every possible type of sexual orientation.
