I'd beg for something better but Huss hasn't talked to his fanbase for years.
It felt like there was meant to be another round of conversations to finalize all the characters and give us some closure on them, but Hussie was too burnt out to do them and the 4/13 deadline hit. Considering he let paperseverywhere draw whatever she wanted for the reunion scenes, I think he just shoved it out the door.
So since Homestuck is apparently over I'm thinking of reading it from start to finish. I never picked it up before because I had enough things in my backlog that suffered from a hiatus.
How long will it take me to go through? What should I expect?

A lot of the problems with the ending is we don't know what happens to everyone or if the juju kid's are the same ones as those in the new universe And ps epilogue did show ends for all the characters so I believe he can clear things up a little.

How should anyone know? It could be months before it is released. And people already seemed eager to leave Homestuck with the ending. I mean all the people who didn't really care about it anymore and moved on during the many hiatus, but felt as if they were obliged to do something for the lackluster ending.

It's a well written story, it didn't have a "love conquers all hurrr" message. It was rather adult in most aspects, and was crafted with a lot of love.
Also I fucking LOVE buddy-cop movies, so I couldn't stop myself from seeing it. No fucking way was I going to let this clever little bastard go.
Passion, hardwork and good writing needs to be rewarded I say.
