Thanks to this episode of The Simpsons, I used to think Mohammed was a brand of mayo and Ramadan was a spicy plate.
Because of JLU, I didn't know the character was called Martian Manhunter. They always just called him J'onn and never his superhero name.
I thought all jawbreakers were the size of your head thanks to Ed Edd n Eddy. I also thought they would be good.

Which has had a better record with their serieses. I feel CN takes the cake.

Cartoon Network may appeal to tumblr now but at least they are trying and airing cartoons unlike Nick or Disney.

Wiktionary says "series". It's its own plural.
Anyway my money is on Nick. But that's mainly because I've seen more of their shows. I never watched CN classics like EE&E or Courage. Plus they've got Avatar.

You're going to have to elaborate here.
There have been plenty of darker, more "modern" portrayals of Superman.
And Superman is hardly the only character with a tendency to resist the moodier, morally ambiguous "modern" style. What can you say about Superman's sunny optimism that couldn't be said of Shazam or Captain America? Or Batman, the edgelord who got "Brave and the Bold," "Li'l Gotham," and an ongoing based on the Adam West show?
Ultimately you're just cherrypicking portrayals...
