So what do you think these things were?
Undead? Bio-Mechs?
aliens, they were aliens.
>>82620170
>>82620170
I like to think they were a race of aliens Thanos killed, then brought back to life as his undead slaves using technology, making him basically a cosmic necromancer. That seems like the sort of thing he'd do.
So, if you had the option given to you, would you live in Gotham City?
I'm not sure I would. Crazy place. Before you know it you could get blown up with a bazooka.
>>82619763
Depends on what universe I lived in. 66' Gotham would probably be a fun place to live.
>>82619763
The most effective crime fighter in Gotham City is some lunatic who wanders around at night dressed like a bat.
Why on earth would ANYONE want to live there?
>>82619763
Good lord no
Only thing it has going for it is escapes aside arkham seems like a decent pshycriatric institution (I haven't read a whole lot of Batman so maybe that's dead wrong)
Name one bad part of this show.
>>82619544
The part after the opening.
Characters reverting to their status quo personality despite having character development throughout episodes that supposedly changes them.
Peggy
He's so out of character in Civil War, a reactionary moron who can't resolve disagreements peacefully. Dunno why this film is getting the love.
He's also suffering from PTSD.
>>82619129
>>82619165
And reeling from his colossal failures in Age of Ultron. His character in Civil War is the result of several movies worth of comeuppance.
>>82619129
>What is Character Development?
What the fuck
Never heard of the original, but did Waid seriously write a "Superman goes rogue" story despite shitting on similar stories and sperging out over the mere idea of such a thing often?
>>82618801
yes he did
but he'd probably argue that it's ok because Plutonian was a Superman-archetype and not Superman himself
>cbr
No.
What's do we know so far about Suicide Squad?
>Enchantress or Monster T are the main villains
>Joker is just doing his thing trying to make everyone's life miserable
>We get a Harley new 52 origin story
>Batman is mostly in flashbacks and apparently an huge brawl at the end
>Slipknot is like 10000% going to die
I know I missed alot more what can you /co/mareds
>>82618351
We know Deadshot and Harley are gonna hook up and it's gonna be hot.
>>82618351
>>Batman is mostly in flashbacks and apparently an huge brawl at the
The brawl is a new one to me. They really do want Batfleck to be their RDJ.
>>82618518
This post didn't take long at all. At least we got it out of the way early.
How would you make a Black Widow movie good? What kind of story and villains would you use?
Hard mode: No Kojima.
Extreme mode: No recasting.
Steranko.
Only option.
Have her fight Iron Maiden while she's off on her own revisiting places from her past
>hard mode
fuck that, I want them to straight up rip off MGS1
just swap the genetics talk for the black widow background stuff highlighted in AoU and use Yelena Belova or somebody instead of a literal Romanoff clone
Use Extremis or Gamma-enhanced soldiers in place of genome soldiers, and make Foxhound Alpha Flight or some shit
We try to guess what country the funny foreigner is supposed to be from. There's an episode where the Eds go inside Rolf's house and the whole place is covered in plastic and there's a menorah. So I'm guessing he's a Jew from Germany?
>>82617890
What's the point of guessing something like that? It's like trying to guess which state the Simpsons live in. It's obviously vague as a joke.
>>82617890
There's no answer, it's been stated many times that Rolf is not from any real world country. However he was based on Danny Antonucci's Italian immigrant relatives. So you could say he's from Italy but that's still not technically correct.
>>82617996
not op , but its still fun to guess and theorize.
This fucked me up
It fucked everyone up OP.
That movie still getting made?
>>82617745
Don't think so. Also, don't know who I'd like to see doing it.
>>82617904
I imagine Spike Jonze or Guillermo Del Toro

this is why we can't have nice things
The art in this comic is unspeakably gorgeous. There's a quote about the painter John Singer Sargent - "the slightly uncanny spectacle of a talent which on the very threshold of its career has nothing more to learn" - and I think that's a sensation you get from Minna Sundberg's work. She is what, in her early or mid 20s? And she's an absolute master in her work. Not only incredibly talented, but incredibly productive.
At the same time though, I find it almost impossible to become invested in this comic. The setting and plot of it never seem...

Let's enjoy the art without any of the characters, then.

Name of the comic?
To everyone. Marvel, DC and Foxfriends alike (and Sonypeople whoever you are)
Some of you may take sides on these companies, I do not, but some of you do, and there's something I've been seeing a lot of. And that's "Disney/Marvel is manipulating the masses and wants the other companies to fail so they can monopolize the industry"
This could not be more wrong. In fact, it's honestly quite the opposite. If anything, Marvel being a monopoly would be a bad thing for everyone including them. Marvel would love if Fox X-Verse, Sony and DCEU...

>audience fatigue
inevitable . . . so enjoy the good films while they're here.
>2017
I might not actually see anything next year . . . Guardians 2, maybe.
Disney's brand power is a force unto itself, they don't have to care about market forces that mere mortals like other studios have to.
A little variety, even in capeshit, never hurt anyone
Should I watch this show?
>>82617344
only if you're a cuck
>>82617344
depends, there are some really good/funny episodes but the show on the whole isn't that great and dips in quality a while down the road
>>82617433
What do you mean?
>>82617686
When can I expect a dip in quality?
Is it really THAT good?
>>82617335
What, the porn?
Yeah, some of it's pretty grand.
God no, it was incredibly disappointing
The game however is excellent, positively incredible spectacle action with surprising accessibility
>>82617370
>The game however is excellent
It is literally Platinum's worst game.
>The Canadian/Chinese co-production Ratchet & Clank had a disastrous second weekend, plummeting 70% to an estimated $1.5 million weekend.
>The Rainmaker Entertainment movie has earned just $7.1 million to date and could gross less than $10 million over its entire domestic run. The last animated feature to launch in over 2,500 theaters and gross less than $10m was the 2014 film Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return.
>>82617192
Maybe if they marketed the fucking thing and not stripped everything RC about the movie away...
>>82617192
how much did it cost to make?
>>82617662
Like around 20 million
