How would Flash/Arrow narrative be constricted to 13 episodes? How could DD/JJ narrative be expanded to encompass 22?

Arrow would really benefit from shorter seasons because they'd have to focus on developing the overarching narrative rather than padding it out with flashbacks and mook- of-the-week episodes.
Flash would become ALL HYPE ALL THE TIME if you did the same to strip out the Metahuman of the Week episodes.

Why is Bane so rarely portrayed well in adaptations? For most of his comic career he's portrayed as intelligent and following a specific code of honor and yet pretty much every single cartoon, movie or game portrays him as a dumb brute who is another villain's decoy at best. Where this idea comes from and why is it so popular?

Just finished my first scanlation in what feels like months, so I thought I'd share it here.
As always, all corrections, suggestions, etc. are welcome.
This is the first of a two volume series (I have the second translated, just need to typeset it, which is pretty damn boring). A young soldier-priestess named Skell, serving the god Steh-Vah gets wrapped up in a mysterious prophecy. I don't want to spoil anything, just give it a try.
