Riddler's pretty Rogue-esque already, setting up elaborate death traps and distractions he can use to get away is his jam, he'd fit right into Central City. He'd drive the other Rogues nuts though, they'd probably find him a snobbish book nerd and his compulsion to leave clues incredibly unprofessional. He'd probably just dismiss them as small-minded peons and glorified bank robbers.

In the information age, it's best for TV animations to get as much recognition as possible. A lot of the good ones are expensive passion projects, and merchandising is where the real money is at.
