Miss me yet?

For all its flaws, I enjoyed BvS a hell of a lot more than this plodding, vapid bore of a movie.
>>81283963
>like a bad movie more than a good one
>>81283872
FOR THE LAST TIME NO. Im not going to sit here and pretend BvS is perfect, but at least it wasnt a borefest that rehashed a previous installment. The only good thing in this movie is the plane scene
> we bought Injustice with friend
> he wanted me to quickly explain the various lesser known characters
> it all went well
> we got to Hawkgirl
ummmm......
How would you quickly explain Hawgirl? I told him she is an alien who is also Egyptian and maybe reincarnated or something, but he still didn't really understand any aspect of her powers and why she is it the way she is (wings, the weapons), and I frankly don't know much about her
>>81283078
Shes thanagarian
>>81283078
Someone post the origin, please. I don't have it.
Her wings and shit are technology from her planet its like a war planet hence the people of it are really strong

A legal immigrant like him knows well that the illegal immigrants should be stopped
FIRST FOR SABCO!
Why did marvel ruin her
>>81282517
did they ? They ruined for you ( /co/ ) but maybe no for everyone else
I'd just blame Henderson for ruining her
You assume there was something to ruin to begin with.
Anyone think they will be the DCEU Green Lanterns?
DC seem to be pushing them
Hal and John Stewart Fags would shit themselves
>>81282210
I can ser that happen, Johns has become an egocentic jerk
No, because then they would've done it from the beginning with the New 52.
Just like they pushed Cyborg and got rid of Supes red undies.
>>81282210
> yet another Earth green lantern
Let's find out his actual name.
-If nobody gets anything before this is archived, his name is the one in this post.
-If someone gets dub, that's the name, until someone else gets trips and so on.
By the end, we'll know with utter and scientific certainty what his real name is.

Sure, whatever.

Research
What happened, /co/? There was so much hype for this series before it came out, what went wrong?
>>81282124
Nothing wrong, it's a good series.
>>81282124
Other than sales, which are usually shit for good or great series, nothing.

Which is worse?
>>81282084
Which one will youhug
>>81282084
In what capacity?
PPGZ's better at having a fresh look
PPG16's better at staying to the original
>>81282218
I've got a bigpair of armsso I could probably do all three at once.
Also yes, he's old again
As compared to the more high scale epic feats seen in DC stuff. This comes up mostly in the constant VS around here. But does anyone actually like how Marvel will have a superstrong character max out at a couple tons or has a speedy type run a few hundred miles an hour?
This is not meant as a defense for low power levels in a vs but I just prefer it if they stay away from things like pushing a planet or exceeding lightspeed while jogging on the street. I take it as sort of a way to keep the amazing superpowered fantasy grounded at least a little bit.
>>81353139
>Waaaaah my side lost another vs so I had to make a bullshit thread to console myself!
>>81353139
There are plenty of marvel characters with Superman level strength, Hyperion, Gladiator, Sentry, Silver Surfer and Thor to name a few. This would be common knowledge if /co/ read comics.
>>81353262
Yea they are up there but Marvel does not do things like have them shove planets away from meteors etc. Marvel as a whole does seem to be a lot more toned down while DC can at times come off as over the top.
It could be a NEET version of Beavis and Butthead. Or just do a Tom & Jerry/Roadrunner type show. There are endless possibilities and it appeals to millennials, someone just needs to pitch it to Adult Swim.
>>81281571
I'd watch a Boy's Club cartoon, but I wouldn't watch whatever stupid shit it sounds like you're proposing.
>>81281571
I'd watch a poopoo peepee show with pepe finding new ways to ruin wojak's day every episode
I'd watcha poopoo peepee version.
Also, I always imagine Wojak having a deep, monotone voice, while Pepe has a higher, more "jokester" type of voice.
Think Bruce ever had a problem dealing with a girl he was sleeping with who had a stinky pussy and asshole? How do you think he reacted?
>>81280292
He just holds his breath and imagines that it's like dealing with Joker for the first time. The sex transforms into a glorious hatefuck.
idk about bruce but im sure the girl was insane developed an insane agenda that she still broods over to this very day.
>Warner Bros fast tracks Ben Affleck's Batman film
>Releases it in November of 2017
>Justice League filming is delayed
>Positive reception of Suicide Squad tells Warner Bros that Zack Snyder is the problem
>Him and his wife are removed from the films
>"Ben Affleck to direct Justice League targeting a March 2018 release, film will 'reset' the DCEU"
>>81279687
This would be the best fucking thing ever
I honestly, truly want this.
Hell, even if Affleck doesn't direct JL, they could get one of the heavy-hitters they have on call like Cuaron or George Miller.
As long as
1) Affleck's movie gets fast-tracked
2) JL is delayed
3) References to BvS are scrubbed from WW
4) Affleck-Batman has weak/non-huge references to BvS
I'll be as happy as a clam.
I hope and pray that Affleck won't give up hope. He's a goddamn director -- an award-winning and fucking good one, at that. He should be able to guide these movies to actually be good.
Hopefully word of the Flashpoint movie is true. Imagine a new continuity with this cast?
Who wins /co/?
Jack is pretty absurdly good. At the very least I'm sure he could beat Mugen.
>>81353117
He's nerfed against good guys though like when he got bodied by the Guardian and the Scotsman
>>81353032
Jack.
So how the fuck is Marvel gonna get people to love the Inhumans?
>>81350205
I'll be totally honest here: I think the Inhumans only work when they are a Fantastic Four property. Their introduction in Lee/Kirby's FF was one of the first GOAT FF stories to me. They worked as a secondary force, not as their own thing.
>>81350298
How did Marvel keep Inhumans rights?
>>81350205
Put them in a movie exactly the same as gotg
