the actual comic version of New52 wally's costume was godawful

no other way to put this but bluntly, yellow and red does not work as a color scheme with a black complexion
Why do people hate new costumes so much? It seems like whenever a character gets a new costume the majority of people always want a costume that has minor changes to their original costume 9/10

none of these concepts are bad but they're all pretty unoriginal and i doubt ppg2016 will do anything remarkable with them
