In Secret of the Scrolls she seems pretty chill.
If all of these assholes came together as no-nothing goofballs who randomly decide to take up martial arts due to a big mistake why did they give Po such a hard time? Their attitude towards him in the first movie doesn't make a lot of sense since they were literally in his exact position when they first started.

The movie itself explains this. Sifu was still pissy because of what happened with his last student, so he was always very cold and distant toward her. She ended up as a cold bitch as a result.
