I'm a meditation novice with some experience in vipassana. I'm wondering what kind of changes/benefits are actually possible and realistic with meditation. They were all converted from the same roll of film from 1995, the fact that pics from the same roll of film has the same kind of damage (light exposure, in this case) isn't paranormal.
The only weird thing about Karin was that anyone allowed her to be on facebook posting shit like that. She only deleted her account when people on /x/ started to message her. Why no one in her family tried to help her is a mystery. There's no way in hell a person in her condition should be living alone. Hopefully she got help. If only Chip Chan could get help...

I've suffered with anxiety and other mental health problems for quite some time now and I've had about all I can take. Im very tired of people telling me to pray about it.. or that they'll pray for me. It never makes an ounce of difference and I'm looking for different answers.

I have this weird gift for about 6 years.
Sometimes i wake up with a song in mind, sometimes even songs I haven't heard in many years. When that happens, either when I switch on the radio or watch some random ass TV show or youtube video on that day, the same song starts playing in the background.

Not the same as your experience OP, but sometimes when I'm listening to my music on shuffle, and halfway through the current song I think "hmm maybe (song title) will play next", the next song is actually the song that I was previously thinking about.
This doesn't happen 100% of the time though. I just found this phenomenon interesting and weird. Thought it might've only been me and had no idea what it's called.

Yeah I've experienced a lot of deja vu and similar things but since I'm psychology student I know that the brain can create the feeling that you are absolutely sure about something you thought before now happened. I've had gas like demon attack me when im asleep. They stabbed me in the neck and I woke up once and stared at his eyes and it was this insanely gastly figure. I was drunk off of vodka and liquor and steel reserve for a week straight and was sleeping on concrete at the time. At that point I stopped being an alcoholic.
