Hey /x/, I've been stuck in derealization for almost two months now following a series of panic attacks. It's like I'm dreaming all day everyday and I hate it. I feel like I'm going to go insane all of the time and sleep like shit.
Have any of you ever been in this situation? Are any of you diagnosed with other mental illnesses?

I'm a person who suffers from severe dissociation. What helped me? Medication. Lamictal actually. I think a GP can prescribe it. Either that or go to a psychiatrist.

What if this is actually some kind of Hell? What if everyone, every single person, is secretly suffering inside?
By "this" I am referring to our lives right now.
Maybe we all died in the "Real World" and this world here is our punishment, every time we die it just resets?
Life is suffering, that doesn't make this hell. What it means is get off your butt and take care of you & things around you if you want to lessen the suffering.

Yes it is possible. Not even sure how desu. Ive done it before but it was an accident. And funny thing is I keep waking up to an astral projection from an astral projection 5-7 times in a row before actually waking up. It was funny and weird.

Any one have them? Here is mine, going to greentext because it's simple:

Needless to say i got extremely spooked by that but nothing bad came out of it so i just ignored it completely and never talked about it again, it is still 100% a personal experience.

Well, yes, and no. It wasn't mine.
To begin, my sister is a diagnosed Schizophrenic. I was 22 when this all happened, and had just finished college. Was staying at home, looking for work. For obvious reasons, I never liked being at home. I love my sister, but her illness can be a lot to deal with, especially when she's having an episode.
Anyway,

The FIRST fucking thing I did when the sun came up was check on my family. None of them heard a thing apparently, even my sister was fast asleep in bed the whole night. The next thing I did was try and get an appointment with our family's psychologist. I've got no actual diagnosis yet. Not Schizo, no fucking explanation for what I saw. Nobody in my family even believes me.

So my brother was recently murdered and he left me a box of his possessions in his will. Some of it is pretty normal like money and photos but i found this text within an envelope in the box. It looks recent and i have no clue what it sais so can someone decipher it for me please?

What do you believe are the consequences for suicide, if any? I've heard everything from "being forced to go back to Earth with the same problems" to "No punishment at all" and I'm curious what you think.
I believe in an after life but I don't believe there even is anything that does any punishing.
I believe if you are truly ready to die you will move on as normal.
I also think that if you aren't truly ready to die and I should clarify, I think a large majority of suicides are reactionary and not someone who is truly ready to die choosing to end their life, but I think if you aren't ready to die, your spirit will be stuck on earth until you come to accept that you must move on. I think this situation is what accounts for a large number of ghost encounters along with murder victims.

It would only work if you had a physical form to manifest, and that form would pretty much look like you already look. Except it woult be outside of your body, so it means your body is asleep but you can walk around in another body that looks like you. Quite useless desu (to be honest).
Only use is if you plan on staying here after you're physically dead. Then you could use this method to remanifest yourself.
Dear companions of /x/, I come to you seeking for advice.
A very dear friend of mine made a deal with Papa Legba a few years ago. He was not the most well informed person on the subject at the time and, apparently, the deal he made was a life-long deal with a payment made to Papa Legba on a yearly basis. Both Papa Legba and my friend have kept their ends of the bargain up until now.
What was once very desired and took my friend to make a pact with Papa Legba, has lost value to him with the passing of the years and he is now trapped paying for something he no longer wants.
My question to you is this: How can my friend break a pact with Papa Legba in the safest way possible?
Why doesn't he just talk to papa legba about ending the deal ? I'm sure they could come to some compromise. Just ask the spirit mang
I would imagine Popa would want something greater than was originally discusses, probably something dear and irreplacable.
I doubt your friends is going to be able to weazle out. It has to be a greater sacrifice than the original, and even then, hope hes having a good day. I would imagine anyways.

In fact mine is when I wake up after dreaming that I'm flying. No wings, just "dancing" in the air.
My worst real life situation is that I'm deluded with a girl, and it's just a common haircut passing by my house by car, never breaking or honking. It's not a hospital area You know...
I was browsing 4chan, when a skeletal figure with only skin, hair, and organs phased through one of my doors.
It unhinged the already loose jaw to reach a 120° angle, and the figure screamed "YOU WILL KNOW HIS VOICE" , as an angelic figure crawled from my screen and began to attack me with high pitched sounds.
I shut off the PC, curled up in the corner, and woke up.
I got my breakfast, and sat down by a radio.
After that, I woke up again.
When I was little I had a dream I'd wake up on the side of an overpass, and cars would be screaming by almost as if trying to hit me. It was weird because I was 5-6 but I dreamt of it as if I was 15-16
Best dream was during sleep privation, I saw a girl looking like Mai Minamaki sitting on my desktop. She didn't said anything. I wish I could hear her during the day, but the sunlight fades the transmission, sameways when it's raining.
