After I was trained in housekeeping and left alone to clean rooms I would always see somebody in the corner of my eye. Of course turning to look there was never anybody there but I could feel a presence in the room with me. It was never a bad feeling like I was in danger or anything so I didn't worry about it too much. Because its not real.
The photo is from STS-88, which was an ISS construction mission which would have put it no where near the orbit that Black Knight is supposed to be in which is supposed to be an eccentric polar orbit with a long duration. The object in the photo is probably (worryingly) a bit of the Shuttle's thermal protection.
