I'm big into lucid dreaming, as I enjoy exploring. I don't often change much in my dreams, just explore what my subconscious gives me. Often times I allow myself to conjure up weapons or clothing or anything I may need, but I stay in the environment and try to interact with the false world.
However, recently Ive been paying around my influence going so far a to generate my own places and even people to take on my journey. I even considered making a tulpa of sorts for my dream world so I could have a constant companion as well as a trigger to always propell me into lucidity.
My dreams.. retaliated it seems.
Now i keep having series of dreams where I wake up in my bed notice something isn't quit right, and wake up again for what seems like 10 times. Often times I ask my gf if I'm still dreaming now when I get up and often times I notice that she is supposed to be at work and I'm still asleep. It got maddening.
But I stated fighting back
See ire member that if you spin in your dreams when you become lucid, you can prevent your dream from ending. This can also change dreams and put you back in power. So when I "wake up" I try spinning. If o can easily spin in my bed, I know I'm dreaming (as I'm not physically forcing my self to spin, just imagining the momentum) and I start a new dream extremely lucidly and go back to fucking around having to repeat this process if I stand still too long (this makes me "wake up" again.
But now my subconscious seems even more pissed and I stopped having dreams. It's so strange. I have never gone a night without a dream before and now it's like I close my eyes and it's morning.
Anyone experience strange things like this?
Otherwise, livid dream general if you want.

I know that pain bro. Happened about a year ago.
Don't know how to go back.
Guardians are pissed off, i'm banned.

It's usually hard to lucid dream
I've noticed you get very vivid dreams if you're body is cold.
Well nightmares Usually wake you but if you're self aware you can control the nightmare.
You could try that but I doubt you want to its fairly scary stuff.
>>17847049
A good (although possibly difficult) way to jump right into a lucid dream is the method of lying completely still.
>get yourself in your favourite position for falling asleep
>lie completely still
>take deep breaths
>clear your mind; it's best if you concentrate on your breathing
As you keep at this for several minutes, the second phase begins
>flashing before your eyes and possible feeling of weight on your body due to lying still; do not panic
>possible visual and auditory hallucinations; do not panic here either
>mind wanders away; thoughts may jump around without you concentrating
This is where I often hear conversations. The wandering mind and the hallucinations may pose a problem but you will have to train yourself not to come back to full consciousness. If you keep at it for a bit longer, you will simply drift into sleep but will remain conscious to an extent (just like you were during this drifting period).
It's also best if you imagine what you will dream about before trying the above method. You can start training yourself simply by telling yourself when you will wake up.
So we here all accept that Grey aliens exist right?
Now, is it a coincidence that their appearance first became known in the 1930-1950's?
They apparently have been observing us for very long, maybe they even created us, who knows. We are like an experiment. And then suddenly their craft and their sightings increase tenfold in the 1930's - 1950's.
Now here is my explanation for this. It's not a secret that the Nazi's were very much intertwined with the occult. I think that the Grey aliens saw the Nazi's finally as a logical and rational product of our civillization - now bear with me.
The Grey aliens don't know a thing such as ethics. They perform weird experiments on people. The Nazi's were very similar in this.
I think the Grey aliens saw the nazi's finally as logical and rational society because the nazi's practised eugenics. This is something that the grey aliens themselves practised in the past. Eugenics is cold logic - kill off the weak and breed with the strong - untill you get a ''masterrace''. For them the nazi's was a sign of huge interest, because they saw in them their own history and finally a logical and rational civillization. How evil it may be- they don't know that word, they only know evolution.
The SS was very much intertwined with the occult and the idea of creating a race of supermen, or Ubermensch. See the following video, which is very interesting.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bAcZ-vSKVr4
There are reports that nazi's had some contact with the Greys, seeing the nazi's had many flying saucer designs. It wouldn't be surprising to find out they copied designs from the Grey's based on sights.
Since the nazi's lost the war and afterwards, Grey aliens have again entered the background of world happenings and started observing more. They didn't help the nazi's or gave them technology because that would interfere with the human experiment.
This also explains why Greys became more absent following the years after world war 2.
They're fallen angels.
If god made angels, that's what they'd look like.
They wouldn't have wings cause that would be a crossbreed abomination
>>17846625
Well that could be, but that could also explain why they were very much interested in the nazi's

I'm looking into the Kennedy assassination and I found a theory I'd never heard before. Some people are insisting that Jacqueline Kennedy was the one who killed JFK. What do you guys think about this? Is this plausible?
Here's a clip of the famous Zappruder film:

And here are a few amature documentarys which explore the possiblity.

Well she certainly chose a very public moment to do it
A wife has SO many times when she could kill a husband, or the knowledge to be able to tip a killer off to a 'good time' for the crime. Arranging to have someone ( or more) shoot at him with a high powered rifle as he is inches from you, in a moving vehicle no less would be an incredibly risky maneuver.
I need some actually scary movies. I watched pic related yesterday and it really didn't do much to me, only was creepy at one part. Suggestions are welcome.

Scary is subjective. What scares me may do nothing to you. If you want results here, you have to tel us what works on you. Otherwise we're going to tell you The Babadook and Noroi.
I liked the Daniel Radcliffe remake of The Woman in Black and the original of The Wicker Man. I have no way of knowing how they'll suit you.
>>17846204
Well, I haven't found what scares me in movies yet. I'm taking any recommendations to see what does it for me.
A mother of two, is on the house of her brother, she watch the ghost of a boy, her brother said is that ghost his daughter know very well, same room, same ghost of a boy, that place was on the past a cemetery, its on tijuana, that just happened two days ago by night. pic not related.

Thread for new crafters and the skilled a like to discuss tips on creating wands, staffs, etc
What are methods for charging objects with magickal content? I'm sure it various depending on item/situation but how do you generally go about it?

If you rub a wand with a magical object, it too becomes temporarily magical.

Mine is Dragon heartstring core.
Does anybody know the name of the Creepypasta about a soldier who deployed to Qatar and got tasked for a security detail with private military contractors to go to this place they all called Jurassic Park it has something to do with a biological experiment.
Pic unrelated, and in fairness, i'll start the military related creepy pasta thread
Bear with me, it'll take a bit to write out
Tripfagging for ease of following the story
>be me, 23, E4 in the army
>first deployment all amped up to go do soldier shit
>we fly through Germany then into Bagram, Afghanistan.
>boring as duck spend a week getting everything set up for out hop flights to our out station assignments.
>fly to kabul, then to some tiny outpost in bumfuck nowhere in the mountains, closest village is Azrow.
>tasked with maintaining patrols and security to ensure terrorist traffic from pakistan is minimized.
>limiting freedom of movement and shit, whatever
>patrol in the hot mountains, in thin ass air, with 3-day assault packs and the squad.
>day in, day out
>start hearing rumors of some kind of animals in the mountains, supposedly some kind of wildcats or some shit
>don't believe it, duck afghanaland, shits just a pile of godforsaken rocks
>eventually we switch to night shifts and repeat
>after a few months we have a firefight with some fuckers trying to get the drop on us in the middle of the night.
>shit lasts for like 3 fucking hours.
>trees and large rocks make it hard to see enemies even with NVGS
>lots of yelling, shooting, and stress
>finally the shit stops, thing we got em all so we check everyone to be sure nobody got hit and didn't realize it somehow
>everyone's good so the squad stops security and heads to make sure shuts actually cleared up
>radio in to the outstanding and let them know we'really good and what's our plan
>We get the green light and are told to check in every hour to give SPOTREPs till we've verified security
>as we get closer, we start to hear death rattle of a select few who haven't quiet died yet but are on their last few breaths.
>identify and secure, no weapons, goatfuckers are non-threat etc.
>we begin to pull security on our position as we think we've got all the hadjis identified and secured.
>that's when our DM notices a blood trail leading up the mountain, away from the group of bodies
>lots of disturbed rocks and earth
>lots of blood, and I mean a fucking LOT
>We split into two teams, one goes up the hill, mine pulls security on the corpses
>20 minutes later we heAR running, shout out the challenge, get a frantic out of breath scream of the password back four or five times in a row
>let's call them Johnson and smith
>they're fucking covered in blood
>there's no way it's theirs, but the rest of their team is gone, and so are their weapons
>we start drilling them and trying to get smith to stop stuttering, Johnson isn't saying shit, just staring blankly into the distance mumbling something about cats
>were trying to figure out what the duck happened, RTO is already on it and calling back to the outstatin requesting we get somebody to put some fucking eyes on the AO, predict feed or something, we need to know what the fuck they ran into.
>outstation says theyre working in it, says they're sending out another squad to assist
>says it's gonna be at least two hours because no way are we getting a vehicle near us, terrain is too shitty.
>finally smith stops stuttering and just starts screaming
>one of the other guys slaps a hand over his mouth, can still hear him screaming through his nose
>Johnson gets loud enough and stops muttering so we can hear him
>apparently they were following the blood trail and came up on a pile of dismembered bodies
>they were busy being mindful ked at the sight when Johnson and smith noticed the rest of their team was gone.
>they ready up their weapons and start trying to locate their team, whisper yelling through their teeth and shit
>out of nowhere they get knocked over by the torso and leg of one of their team members
>look to their left where it came from and see this big as cathe like thing dismembering another guy from the team, several other bodies next to it
>the fucking thing has these huge human like hands with short hooked claws
>they panic, and just bolt
>smith says "fuck where's my weapon?!"
>dude didn't even realize he lost it till just then
>second squad shows up after awhile, we head out to where the carnage is supposed to be
>nobody can find a thing save for smith's weapon and the ACH of one of the now MIA team members and what looks to be torn up earth, like how dry dirt gets after a dog marks it's territory then scratches the ground
The next few weeks were weird as fuck. We never found the bodies, never saw this cat thing smith and Johnson talked about
Have you seen anything on /x/ that has seriously impacted your view view on the paranormal?
Or, a more general question:
What in your life has happened that has shaped your views on the paranormal into what they are now?
>>17845974
x in itself hasn't really affected my beliefs or views on the spiritual world, however, I do admit that it has made me much more open minded, and willing to question life, spirituality, etc instead of going "lol buddha" or "lol god" and just ending it there. X hasn't really had any impacts on my paranormal views, besides for things like divination and all that; that shit freaks me out, yet it's interesting.
And well, not too much has happened in my life really, besides for a couple of relatively weird experiences, one time for example being me and my dad seeing a shadow figure sitting on my kitchen step, and then our family coming home to our house being 'neatly' re-arranged by god knows what.
To makes things short, X has really been nothing to me besides for a neat 'little' community that has provided some food for thought and some comedic relief for me in different periods of my life.
>>17845974
>Have you seen anything on /x/ that has seriously impacted your view view on the paranormal?
Seriously impacted? I suppose not. But we share a lot of good youtube videos and stories here and some of them can stick with you, which can certainly make an impact.
>What in your life has happened that has shaped your views on the paranormal into what they are now?
I have a laundry list.
>>17846008
>I have a laundry list
do tell
Hi /x/. I don't normally come here but I've been watching some ARG and youtube series stuff and there's something I gotta say.
I don't get Slender Man. I don't understand what makes him scary. As far as every single recent horror icon goes, Slender Man evokes like a 0 on the fear factor for me. And I consider myself and easily scared guy, I don't play modern horror games cuz I get scared really easily. Shit man, fucking Dead Space was too spooky for me at the time.
For me it's the suit. The suit just ruins anything scary about the character. Like, where did he get the suit? From which tailor? Does he keep anything in the pockets? What happens if he gets it dirty? Does he take it to the dry cleaner? If he comes to touch my goodies does he try to do it discretely so I don't stain the suit? If he's an alien or ghost or ancient cosmic horror then still where did he get the suit? When I see him in Marble Hornets or whatever it still looks tacky as fuck. I can get spooked by someone in ghost makeup or a rubber monster suit but any Slender Man costume looks like someone in a shitty fake business suit with a sock on his head.
I dunno much about design theory or whatever, but the business suit humanizes Slender Man too much for me to be scared. Regardless of what context in whatever media, I just get lots of questions about why he's wearing a suit. Fuck, if I was lost in the woods at night and saw Slender Man I'd just be overcome with the desire to smear shit on his suit just to piss him off. I can't even think of him as some incomprehensible horror, I think of him as a "him" because of his shitty suit and sense of fashion.
So guys, are people actually scared of Slender Man just in general? Do people actually think he works as a horror icon or is this just a big meme or something? Like if everyone decided to pretend Dat Boi was some really scary thing and push it as a joke. What am I missing?
>>17845882
you're about 5 years too late for the "slenderman is scary" meme, lady
>>17845898
I never found him scary back then, and it just bothered me slightly this whole time. So I decided to look up the whole Marble Hornets and related stuff and... I still don't get it. Like, was he ever scary? Was he supposed to be or was he just like a cult hero for indie horror?
>>17845882
You're kind of autistically overanalyzing what's supposed to be an urban legend type character.
Couldn't really pin down what makes him scary, but he scared the fuck out of my little brother when he was 10 so I guess you're just a bit late to the party.
Let's get an internal quality check going on, X style.
Pic unrelated, but stupid/funny.
Tried T1, and only got vowls. Tried E1, and only got static. Spirits seemed more attracted to the latter, but nothing.

All summoners, demonologists, and spiritualists are welcome to post here, as are those aspiring to become such and even innocent bystanders. If it involves calling up spirits for love, money, or power, post about it here.
Right now, we're discussing the hierarchy of hell. Exactly what does it mean to be a duke or a prince of hell? I don't know but I'm hoping you do.
>>17845616
You refer to the people you summon for as clients. You do this for money?
>>17845621
Nope, he does it for fun.
To put it simply the hierarchy represents their level of power. The higher the demon on the hierarchy the more potential for intensity there is for the ritual when you evoke or invoke this demon
