What are the UFO or paranormal hotspots in USA? How about in other countries?
I remember reading that Los Angeles has the biggest number of UFO sighting and abduction reports but probably it's just the hysteria and paranoia of living in Los Angeles.

ECETI UFO Ranch near Mount Adams in Washington state, I've been there myself and saw countless UFOs, also experienced other phenomena on the property.
Paranormal State did an episode there and saw some UFOs themselves.

Above Top Secret and other paranormal boards have taken trips there and confirmed their own experiences. It's the real deal. If someone wanted to see UFOs I wouldn't send them anywhere else. ECETI ranch (and I suppose the entire area around there) is the only place I know of where you're guaranteed to see UFOs and not just one but many.
Some of the craft/lights flew extremely close to us, close enough that you could have easily shot at it with a bow and arrow, so it's not impossible to have a close encounter there as well.
Until ECETI, the majority of UFO experiences in my life were here in Montana. After ECETI, 90% of the UFO sightings I've had can be contributed to ECETI because I saw dozens of UFOs there.

A while ago I saw a black figure "playing basketball" I think I'm my backyard in flint this was two years ago. Today at 5:20 (I think) I pulled an all nighter cause I think I had an adrenaline rush cause I ate 10 buffalo chicken sliders from Arby's yeah it's bad but i ain't a fatty any way I decided to take a walk around 5 in the morning I went down one way of my street I got a little nervous when I saw a black figure sitting on a porch it staggered ( if that is the correct word for this) up and I turned around and walked in another direction I turned down an abandon dirt road that leads to the small lake near my house, I have never seen the lake so I decided To go to the lake I smell something lovely. I turn to see a nice bush of some purple flowers and I noticed a black figure sitting there like inside the bush then that nice smell got sour and I looked to my left to go back to my house and I saw a dead frog. It has been 12 house sense then and I don't know what is happening so if anyone has seen anything or heard of anything the same please help me

I'm what you could call an explorer, or a scholar.
I say this because I have spent the last 48 years of my life exploring folklore, myths, and legends. I know that us silly humans know way less than we should. I also know that most of the time, the people who wrote these myths knew what they were doing.

The tear is made to look like a v. He will always look very average and will always have an expressionless face. You want notice him or anything he does, because that's his goal, you won't notice him. What does this man do if he finds out you know who he is?

Basically, I've had this strange situation ever since I was a kid where all my dreams have existed in the same universe and followed the same rules. The way it works is if you fall asleep in a dream, you wake up in a different dreams world. This is because someone made a "Dream machine" which allows you to go between worlds in dreams. There are three types of worlds. There's the weird ones were really strange shit happens, but it's typically symbolic of some sort, the "normal" dreams, because there is nothing excessively strange about them other than maybe a few things, and then there are Dark World Dreams. Dark World dreams are nightmares, and are typically ran by Reiss (said rice) The Dreameater. Reiss is a demon who feeds off negative emotions, especially fear. He has directly told me in dreams that I'm dreaming, but knowing I'm in dreams should give me some control over them, right? But no, Reiss still controls the dark worlds even then, and creates nightmares for me. Does anyone have any explanations for this? What is the Dream Machine? What is Reiss? Has this happened to anyone else before? etc.
If it helps at all, I've been diagnosed with ADHD, depression, and Histrionic Personality Disorder. If that makes any bit of difference

The main point is that the words themselves sound eerie on their own with no additional effects, the language doesn't matter.
The content of the words also does not matter, bonus points for dark meaning, but as long as it sounds strange when utter it could be about dancing hippos or anything.
