Alright /x/, you've got me. I'm a total skeptic about 99% of paranormal shit. I don't believe in Nessie, Chakras, or Astral Projection. But for some reason, I see the future in my dreams. Usually it's only a few seconds of a conversation or location that show up in my dreams or daytime thoughts. Then, sometimes months or even years later, the events in the dream happen and I'm left in a haze, as if I'd just gotten an alcohol-induced buzz. Is this a common thing, I've heard of it happening to others before on here but couldn't tell if they were shitposting.

How do you remember a few seconds of a dream or thought years later?
What has happened to me is that I have a memory of something and later figure out that it was a dream or something I was thinking had happened when I was half awake.
Probably not the same thing, but what you are describing is actually you having a memory of something. The first thing to ask yourself is how you can be sure that your memory is accurate.

I have visions, i can see MY future, not the world future, but mine, in weird glimpses.
I can't control it and that is fucking with my life right now, no, not right now, since 2 years ago. I always refused to believe but they became more frequent and now from time to time i post here, trying to findo someone that can help me, shed some light on the matter, or just share stories.

If your visions don't actually come true, it's not clairvoyance. If they sometimes sort of come true, it's not clairvoyance. You are being fucked with for the purpose of getting you to believe something about yourself that isn't true, i.e. that you have some power or ability that other people would want to have or would be interested in, when in fact you need to find a way to get a better grip on reality.

Hello, /x/. There are many here among you who are interested and talented in various schools of magick. I am looking for a few of you, who will be joining a small group that currently exists, consisting of others such as yourselves, with various skills in various schools, and who hope to grow and learn from one another.
You need not have a deep history in magick-- simply having read certain material and done small experiments will be enough to join, assuming you're well spoken and can type like someone out of grammar school.
There is a small application process, in order to determine that you can express yourself well enough to work together with the current members, and if you pass, you can expect to be taking part in larger-scaled experiments with the other members. We plan to affect the environment around us for the better, while also growing our own spirituality.
We do not have a global dogma; each member retains their own individuality and beliefs. We simply work together for our betterment.
To apply, email [email protected] and wait for the application questions to be sent to you.
There are five rounds of questions, each rather short, and you should expect to receive at least one round a day after you reply, if not more. I try to send out the next round as soon as I see your reply, but I do have an occupation that keeps me busy. So do allow for proper response times.
I'll be taking questions in this thread regarding the group and our practices. Of course, I can only answer within reason.

I've been taking melatonin (5mg/day) for some time now. It makes dreams very vivid and allows to remember them. Works great.
But I still cannot become lucid nor even remember to do a reality check. I even fail to see obvious inconsistencies in my dreams (like recently my brother saying he is way younger than me while I'm only 1y older than him).
How can I fix this?

i rarely have dreams i can go months without knowing i had a dream and when i have them about the only thing thats the same is no matter how screwed up or chaotic i know i am in no danger some how. i walk the streets freely as non human humanoid things pretending to be human hunt humans in the ruins of civilization

I had this too, try melatonin (3-5mg in the evening). 1-2 dreams a night guaranteed.

The melatonin is a good start, but I suggest keeping a dream journal and jotting down some notes on dreams (I do it sometimes throughout the night as well as before I get up in the morning). One other thing I do is reality checks during the day, whenever you remember to do it, more often the better. I think that if you make the dreams matter more to you, the better chance you have at making them have meaning and be lucid within them.
