Hey /x/,
I'm not really one to post on here, I more or less lurk and watch threads as they unfold and stuff..
Now, starting this thread wasn't just out of boredom, i'm coming here hoping that maybe someone has answers. I'm not really a superstitious guy, but I do believe in things existing that cannot yet be explained.
And that's why i'm here.
For the past few years (maybe 2-3) I've noticed something weird happening with my surroundings. Mainly just one thing really.
When i'm out walking on the street (either alone or with a friend) at least one random street light will go out or turn on when i get within 20-30 feet of it. It's actually become kind of a joke among my friends. "Oh anon, stop being a fuckin' xmen mutant" and all that shit.
but it actually happens so often that it's really got me in a mix of annoyance/curiosity.
Does anyone have any possible answers as to what could be causing this? It happens too often to be a coincidence.
Any reflectors on your clothing? Does this happen anywhere or only in certain areas?

I don't really wear reflectors while i'm out and it seems to happen to random streetlights.
For instance, I was riding my bike down a street just a bit ago (prompted me to make this thread) and I noticed one light was out. I got within the usual distance and it suddenly came on really bright.
It's not just them turning on, but turning off as well. back on Halloween night, me and a co-worker were walking to the mall (we live kinda close to eachother) and when we were crossing the street the street light on the other side went out.

Once when I was 12 or 13, my family was driving back from costco, and there was a large circular object with colored lights on the rims.
Turned out to be some engineering student's who'd just built a really dope ass kite
but it was unidentified and flying for quite a bit before we figured it out, so that counts.
I do believe in alien life, but I seriously doubt that any has ever visited earth at a time when humans were around.
I know I've seen one any my mother actually called the police over one and she's not the type to be scared by anything.
Did the ancient europeans hunt out to extincion all and any cryptids in europe ? In americas we to this day hear reports of skinwalkers, bigfoots, dogmen, mothmen, chupakabras. Is there anything like it in europe ?

This is unlikely to be paranormal, just like anything else here, but just curious as to what people have to say.
Ever since I was maybe nine, occasionally it would feel like there are two heavy things on the upper back of my head. Sort of feels like two large bowling balls or even sheep horns. It is almost irritating, makes me want to shake my head a lot.
I looked online and it seems to be called phantom limbs. Spoopy and unique. Maybe im a super speshul sheep stuck in a human body.
Anyone else get this phantom limb nonsense?

All the time for me, I rub/scratch my head a lot because of it. It feels like I have some kind of protrusions coming out of my head sometimes. They changes positions though, and are small. I imagine them like little spikes or sometimes even some kind of hole/vortex feeling.
It happens a lot when I'm stressed, but also just all the time.

Similar. When I am angry, irritated or stressed out is when my head feels heavy with an invisible something.
I place my bets on it being an entirely psychological phenomenon, or something physiologically happening to that area of the head. But if it is something 'supernatural', that would be interesting too.

I want to share this story with you and to see if anyone has ever experienced anything similar to this.
Not going to greentext so please bear with it.
I was 19 at the time,serbfag.Day goes on as it usually does,school,vidya,dinner and bed.Entire night I have this one dream where i stand and see this ruined old house,with some bushes with white flowers beside it,my view is not clear tho,i see as if im peeking trough something,but i cannot move my head to see,nor i know where i am,or this house.It does look familiar to me,its like i have seen it before but i cant recall from where.Nothing happens i just stare in it and try to remember,for what it seem like hours,then i wake up.Getting ready for school,usually have a coffee with mom before she goes to work,talk to her about my dream.She says people dream weird stuff sometimes,anyway we change the subject and i dont think about it anymore trough the day.Come back from school,vidya,dinner bed.Bam...same dream..only this time..there is this stench,smells so fucking bad..its disgusting and i wanna puke from it,i never felt this shitty smell before..it was horrifically sour.Same view,same house,nothing is happening but the stench..house seems so familiar...but i just cant remember.at this point i know im dreaming and i know it was the same dream as yesterday.I wake up..same coffee with mom,I tell her about my dream again,she gives me this book that explains dreams,i read some stuff about dreaming house,bushes,white flowers,and awful as fuck smell,some random shit about it..nothing meaningful.month passes and i didnt have this dream only those 2 times.forget about it totaly and dont even care.
Then suddenly my uncle dies,he lives in same town as i do,only few streets away.like 20 mins walk.He died on saturday night 11:30,now in our religion or tradition,you cant bury people on sunday,so the funeral was to be held at monday.

So in small towns funeral goes on foot pushing the coffin to the church for some rituals and shit.then we proceed to graveyard for final ritual and down they go.the leader,first one in line is the cross bearer,carring a wooden cross to be placed on the grave,it has deadmans name birth and death year on it.this guy is usually nephew or grandchild.so yeah i had to carry the cross.

Hey /x/, there is a person I know that is selling me a ring that supposedly turns me into what she calls Sanguine-Psychic Hybrid Vampire for 400 dollars. Personally the ring actually looks nice so the price is totally worth it just for the precious metals used.
