Alright /x/ I just had the scariest night of my entire life, I won't green text it since it's easier to just write it out, it's long so bare with me.
I live in New Zealand and I work for a saw mill, it was just recently bought by the Japanese so they were looking for heaps of workers (not really relevant)
Basically we have a saw mill on site of a pine forest, we go out for two weeks then we come back for a weekend. I work with a crew and we just cut down trees and send them back to the mill, i'm a pretty quiet guy but the people I work with are alright.
Anyway, it's about knock off time so we pack up the gear, get in our vehicles and start to head back, we're a good few kilometers out from the mill and it's all thick forest. I usually get in a ute with a guy named Tom and we ride back together, Tom's a pretty decent guy, quiet like I am but every now and then we force a conversation, but during our shift one of the guys was late and took an ATV out to us, the same guy then got into one of the bigger trucks when we were heading back, I wasn't complaining when I was told to drive the ATV back I love driving those things so yea Tom was on his own.
When we got back to the mill we parked up all the vehicles in the depot as usual, it was our last night on the plantation so I figured i'd head to the on site bar and grab a drink. About fifteen minutes later a guy named Adrian walked into the bar, he was apart of my crew, he was a pretty cool guy, really big too you wouldn't want to start a fight with him, he saw me and came over, he asked me,
"Hey Anon have you seen Tom around?" I said "not since we left the work site", "Yea I haven't seen him around either, and his vehicle isn't back yet either", this was pretty weird because he's never late, I told Adrian that i'd go check his room since it was next to mine and Adrian said he'd check admin and we'd meet up and the vehicle depot after.

Hey X. Strange thing happened the other day. I was taking a shower with the lights off for kicks, and not too long into it I felt a sudden immense heaviness and loss of energy, both mentally and physically. Not like "oh I'm tired now!", but like... a BIG loss of energy. Got out and it went away in about a minute. Nothing too weird, but has anyone else had an experience like this?

So I've gotten sleep paralysis as long as I can remember, since elementary school. Since I was 13 it's been pretty consistent. I'm 17 now and it's starting to get worse. Sometimes it launches me into a deeper dream state, and I can lucid dream pretty amazingly. But most of the time, it's absolutely terrifying. If you've ever done DMT, it's like a bad trip on that every time. Every noise and visual is amplified. Things begin to come closer to me, grab me, yell at me, feel me. Sometimes in complete terror I'll get up and run, feeling like I'm drunk, only to come to full conciousness in bed. Sometimes I'm completely calm and everything is bright. And I turn around, and see my own face. This terrifies me more than anything, but it is fascinating none the less.
So, I guess my question is, does anyone else experience this? I know it happens to others, but could it have paranormal implications? I need your help /x/

If you want it to stop, just focus on taking slow deep breaths, and you can pretty easily will yourself out of it. If its happening to you often, this will become effortless. Or just start sleeping in more regular patterns

so i've been hearing this ringing in my room. It is intense and loud and it is not inside my head though I haven't found the source. Here's the weird part, every time I grab my phone to record it it instantly stops. This leads me to believe it is coming from my phone or perhaps my phone's signal messing with some other electronics in my room. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I haven't found much online but i assure you it is not tinnitus and it is not the standard ringing in your ear that I and i'm sure most of you get from time to time. It is intense high pitched and constant. Any suggestions normal or paranormal would be appreciated.

Story time
So me and my friends went barhopping and decided to end the night with pizza.
So we went to this pizzeria close by and headed straight to use the restroom. That is when we met this white guy waiting in line to use the restroom.
He seemed pretty normal, until he walked inside the restroom and started screaming. These were fucked up screams like horror screams.
He then calmly walked out and said there were demons inside there. me and friend just laughed it off, but noticed that the guy was wearing this necklace with a baby figure on it.
This baby figure was huge, we then spotted the same guy drawing shit on a table in a corner and randomly screamed at times to persons leaving the pizzeria..
Any spooky stories to share??
