Moved into an apartment a few months back and notices a few odd things here and there. Saw a wisp of smoke out the corner of my eye, door closed that shouldn't have, etc. Girlfriend moves in who is energy sensitive and we get along a lot of the time, but there are days when we just can't. She said there's bad energy here, and we think the source is the closet. Behind the closet on the other side of the wall is the storage room for the building with the breakers. Been in there once and there's old VHS tapes, furniture, and a piano. Looks like it could have belonged to an old lady. Old looking piano, and it seems to be right on the other side of the wall of the closet after pacing it out. Her cat regularly tries to get into that closet, scratching on the side of the door, sticking her paws under it line she does to the bathroom door when we shower. I should also probably mention we had a bad day today and she was pretty depressed. We went out to buy some sage and incense so she could smudge and purify. Ended up with Palo Santo instead, which she says works as good as sage.
Had a great time, but when we got back and parked, she felt nauseous and dizzy. I said maybe it's because we were back, and she said it's entirely possible because this area didn't feel right.
Oh, also, I went into the small patch of woods about 30 feet from the house and there was a homemade (crude, but we'll done) ouija board and candles.
Any thoughts?
i would leave desu

Hey /x/, I've heard a lot of shit about tulpas. I asked this question a couple of days ago but I had to close the thread. Now, most of the time I've heard they have their own sort of AI in a sense, walking around and saying things. However, I want to know if it is possible to create a telekinetic tulpa that is remotely-controlled by it's creator and is less of a seperate entity, and rather an extension of the creator themself.
also i want to know if its possible to make a tulpa really gay looking

What does it mean to be a 33 life path in numerology or astrology?
My date of birth is 4/23/1995 and one of my friends who is pretty into numerology and astrology told me that my birth date adds up to 33 which is apparently extremely special or something.
I don't know if I believe it or not but I'd like some other views on this.

your friend is autistic and you're autistic for even pretending to believe him
>>17237235
lol yeah probably
If 4/23/1995 boils down to 33, how come 33 doesn't boil down to 6?

Mysterious new events at infamous Dyatlov Pass
The body of a 47-year-old Kazakh man has been discovered by hikers from the Meridian mountaineering club at the infamous Dyatlov Pass, according to local security officials. The group of nine from Perm contacted emergency services on Friday, January 8th. Following a message from the group via satellite phone officials lost contact with the hikers, but Russia's Emergency Ministry was quick to deny that the group of hikers had gone missing, stating that, "They are not missing. The group continues to head on the planned route and maintains contact," and that they are expected to return from their destination - Manpupuner plateau - on January 18th.
The Investigative Committee, Russia's equivalent of the FBI, sent an investigator on January 12th, along with police and rescue workers, on a planned three-day expedition. However, they did not reach the site until the following day, after tackling more than 200 kilometers on snowmobiles throught severe weather conditions.
Initial rulings cite the cause of death as hypothermia. "No injuries were found on the body. We saw obvious signs of hypothermia," said senior investigator Alexander Shulga, reporting discovery of the man’s identity documents and other belongings. He was identified as a 47-year-old man living in Russia’s Chelyabinsk region. Rescuers left the mountain area on January 15th, taking the body for forensic examination and final ruling on the cause of death.
The incident, which is to this day shrouded in mystery, occurred in February of 1959, involving a group of experienced hikers from the Ural Polytechnical Institute who had set up camp for the night on the slopes of Kholat Syakhl. Investigators later determined that the skiers had torn their tents from the inside out. They fled the campsite, probably to escape an imminent threat. Some of them were barefoot, under heavy snowfall. The bodies showed signs of struggle; Dyatlov had injuries to his right fist, as if he had been in a fist fight. Two victims had fractured skulls and broken ribs. One of the skull fractures was so severe it was determined that he would not have been able to move. Additionally, one woman's tongue was missing. Soviet authorities determined that an "unknown compelling force" had caused the deaths; access to the region was consequently blocked for hikers and adventurers for three years after the incident.
It is of note that the bodies found during the incident which ocurred in 1959 were also initially given the cause of death as hypothermia, and the full records of the incident were not released to the public until over thirty years later.

US scientists create human-animal hybrids
US scientists are growing human organs inside farm animals like sheep and pigs, in research that could one day save the lives of people in need of organ donations. According to the MIT Technology Review, around 20 animals have been impregnanted with human-animal hybrids at a number of universities in the last year.
The 'chimeras' are created by injecting human stem cells into an animal embryo. These embryos are then implanted into a pig or a sheep. Researchers manipulate the stem cells inside the embryo in the hope that they will grow into a human organ of their choosing, which can be taken from the animal and implanted into a human.
The science is potentially revolutionary, but also controversial, with some expressing concerns over the potential ethical dangers of creating hybrids. Last year, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the biomedical research agency of the US Government, said it would no longer support studies which involved these hybrids until the scientific and social implications had been looked at more carefully.
Currently, all the hybrid embryos have had very small amounts of human cells inside of them, and have only grown to be a few centimetres long, being terminated long before coming anywhere close to their usual term.

>Aliens visit earth long, long ago
>Introduce the concept of God and/or higher beings as a medium for testing human intelligence
>IE: When humans as a majority can abandon the "primitive" idea of religious ideologies dictating their lives and behavior, they are then ready to be contacted by higher beings, and given access to more knowledge and technology
Plausible?

You are a hero
Yeah religion is dumb and stupid. I don't believe in God becuase you can't prove he exists. But I believe in aliens. Aliens are 100% real and they gave us knowledge a long fucking time ago. How do I know this? becuase we painted that shit on walls so it had to of happened. Has anyone seen my tinfoil hat? Gotta keep my mind clear for the ayyy lmao's

both and neither depends on what kind of aliens your referring to
January 2016 has come as promised and it's time I answer some questions about the nature of time and time travel. While I won't be able to answer all your questions, this is nevertheless the year time travel will begin to see proper development, so I'm in a position to tell you 99% of what you need to know to get things rolling.
I'll start by answering the most important question nobody thought to ask:
>success in time travel requires a strong ability to ignore reality
This is so because otherwise you'd end up caught in the affairs or the first time period you jump to. It takes a strong mind to understand that your time needs you so much more than the past does. The past can wait, most times, so make sure you get back to your original era before too long.

>success in time travel requires a strong ability to ignore reality
Then all of /x/ will be successful.
How to begin travel?
Remember that bizarre "alien megastructure" that scientists later explained away as "comets"?
Well, it's happening again boys, even more than before:
>Comets can’t explain weird ‘alien megastructure’ star after all
After seemingly be explained as a natural phenomenon, this star's mystery is still intact, possibly deeper.
Just let that sink: it is not an error of Kepler. It has seemingly been dimming for a century or so.
In order to explain such short (and at the same time, long) enough dimming, the options are running out. In order for comets to explain this, you would need to have a series of thousands of comets, all with very precise sizes and masses, all precisely aligned and synchronized with us , in order to explain the dimming.
Some say the star itself maybe not as mature as they think (unlikely, giving the very consistent and mature state of our knowledge of star's aging telltale signs), but the options are really running out.

Normally I would not advise this. However since you say "anything would be a good start" I advise that you start with the most advance reading material on Magic.
The Principia Discordia.
if you dont absolutely cleanse yourself inside and out, and begin again as little children, your setting yourself up for living within a black hole for elongated periods of time.
I believe that when people say your "opening yourself up to bad shit" they mostly mean your begin the magick with what is essentially pressing "activate" an on reality probability matrix. so if your not doing shit with your life but being indoors and undisciplined your gonna constantly "roll" shit numbers. Theres not enough variables and undeteremined factors to influence your realities probability matrix and expand its possibility.
any time i get stagnant, i purify, and rebuild and the slightest few steps are like viagra for my realities possible outcome. suddenly sigils work. but it requires a lot of focus.
my fav beginning book is Ram Dass "Be Here Now", really helps you understand what is the gnostic banishing ritual and how to banish, how to reach gnosis etc. but i was always a plant doping ape so of course im all Robert Anton Wilsony. More people are more math oriented and would prefer Liber Null by Carol
Alright /x/ I'm gonna let you in on easily the spookiest place in Australia. Far away from our cities sitting at the edge of one of our most beautiful rainforests is a place called Kalkajaka. In the Aboriginal tounge this translates to both 'Place of Spears' and 'Place of Death'. Something to know about the aboriginal people is they tell of the creation of the landscapes by spirits in something they call the Dreamtime. A special or sacred site has a story.
The story is of a 'man', being similar to a medicine man and also a chameleon, who had the taste for human flesh. He killed and ate a young chief and so was banished and fled to the mountains, occasionally surfacing to eat a human or two from his own tribe. On his last venture out of the mountains he turned into a goanna to escape his angry fellow tribe members and had the misfortune of being struck by lightening. Being no ordinary goanna he exploded and left large piles of charred rock everywhere.
This is a really odd story even by Aboriginal standards. Cannibalism is pretty much unheard of with these people. As is the idea of 'turning into a Goanna' which is basically a giant lizard.

Is just a ancient lizzie.
Reptilians are among us just be careful and you can avoid them.
I'm sure a lot of you already know where I am going with this but <cont>
The rocks here are very unusual. If you will, look up Cooktown Australia on google maps - then look Southwest about 100km and you will see it. Immediately you will notice that the colour of the rocks, the lay of the stone, everything about this place appears foreign. If you are to drive to the location, you will notice that all of the stones are in pieces like they were blasted out of a giant Quarry. The official stance is this is a volcanic rock from lava. However - This shit is granite. If you see natural Granite mountains formed from volcanos you will know that there is mass amounts of FUSED rock. This place is not right.
http://www.castleofspirits.com/blackmount.html
There have been consistent disappearances in this place, both of people and of cattle.
There are two stories that have come from this place that stand out the most. One, of a young police officer that escaped a cave and abondoned another police officer talking jibberish and basically shitting himself after going into one of the caves.
Second, a man that did go into the caves and came back out - so far the only one I have been able to find reports a strong smell of sulfur deep inside to the point of him feeling sick and choking. Read link for more.
Does anyone in Brisbane have any information in regards to any places/sites/buildings that have a really dark history? Or has anyone in Brisbane ever experienced any paranormal or weird experiences within the city/surrounding suburbs? Really interested :)
