Am I the only one on /x/ who has a hard time getting spooped? /x/ is gold at times, but its usually just a bunch of shit I'm having a hard time understanding the fear in.
Usually the scary content that gets posts is just a collage of clips together with weird music, some faggot playing with dolls or its some more bullshit about skinwalkers.

Blank out your mind and start to each part of your body to go to sleep, starting from your toes all the way up to the tip of your head.
Tell each part of your body to go to sleep and give it a few seconds to take effect before you move onto the next.
When your body is all the way asleep you will start to enter trance state, you will be awake but your body will be asleep.
You should feel a vibration all over your body, this is normal. And you may feel a heaviness.
When you are in trance you will be able to open your third eye.

What the first guy said won't help you at all. Get into a comfortable place and lie on your back, sit crossed legged whatever you want. And try to think of absolutely nothing. At first you will only manage 1-2 second maybe more and keep doing this until it's thoughtless you can just think of nothing.

The events of November 10, 1997 center on one unfortunate family who were in the wrong place at the wrong time. For a brief period of time, they entered an unknown realm of other worldly beings.
The family was driving along on the Bodfair / Landernog road when all of a sudden their car was engulfed by purple...a purple craft seemed to join itself to their automobile. The next clear memory any of the family had was that the craft was suddenly gone... like it just disappeared into thin air.
The family was again driving down the road, resuming their journey except for the feeling of the loss of time.
"But they could not account for considerable hours of time lost," said Fry. "The male was having trouble afterwards with a top molar tooth and he had to go to the dentist's... and a black unknown object fell out while he was at the dentist's - but he had no fillings," she said.
Shortly afterward, the male driver of the car reported the strange happenings to local authorities. Soon he was visited on two different occasions by Air Force personnel. They warned the man to never speak of the events of November 10, 1997 publicly.
