I'm pretty skeptical, but the last place I lived in had a lot of really weird shit happen, especially when the landlord died it really ramped up.
When we moved out we still had the place for a few days, so my buddy who is way more into this shit convinced me to do a ouija session. We didn't get anything of value from the spelling, but right before we were about to call it quits the thing got pulled pretty violently forwards, almost like someone was pulling it with a rope from across the room.
