Repetition is one of the best ways to get a person to really absorb and remember an idea; in this the unconscious soaks it in and creates a foundation for that idea. Repetition also produces positive reinforcement and that in turn creates reality, the more it is used the more real the idea becomes for the listener.
In the Hypnotic Triple you will put the information to your listener piece by piece and layer by layer. You will want to make your statements smooth and elegant and use language that is believable. If your language is not convincing then your suggestion will not get through to your listener, if it does not get through then there will be no recall of the information.
The most important part of the Hypnotic Triple is that you are creating a triple or repetitive effect. Constantly use the words or a specific word you want your listener to put into action as a part of your suggestion. When this is done smoothly, and in a way that is believable your purpose will get through.
Seeding has a sneaky effect; the idea is to casually drop the ideas one by one over a period of time. After each idea is dropped to your listener you will nurture it with other details that will help it grow into a full grown idea of their own. Master hypnotist Milton Erickson was very successful with this tactic in his therapies.
He would plant the idea in the mind and then keep replanting it repeatedly until the person is ready for the full on question, suggestion or idea to brought to them. If this is done right then later, after careful nurture of the thoughts and ideas you are planting, your subject will be prepared for you to bring the idea to them in a statement. It will no longer be overwhelming to them because the little pieces you have put in their mind have been in there preparing them unconsciously.

Seeding is a useful tactic, especially when you have a change or idea that is shocking or overwhelming. In this tactic you can present the information to the person a little at a time in a way that is less overwhelming to them by casually mentioning it over time, time after time. This is easier to accept because with Seeding you have created a foundation to set the final thought on that will be strong enough to hold it.

Do you guys think another species with the same intelligence as early humans could have lived at roughly the same time as us, or shortly before? Since smart is obviously the best evolutionary tactic, why would we be the only animals on earth to have taken that route? Is it possible they died out similiar to how we might, or that possibly they were killed by us?

Because it isn't simply "taking the route".
Humans getting to this modern state is a long story of random more or less beneficial mutations, dumb luck and natural selection. The same things don't necessarily happen in populations that aren't as diverse.
I don't think humans being aware was the best thing for us.

I cannot get over how China hid this telescope. Why? China would normally love to broadcast its achievements in space. But it kept this hidden for two years. TWO YEARS!
I know that what they SAY is that this is a UV telescope, and I know for a fact that it does contain a UV telescope. But there's no reason to hide a UV telescope pointed at various star systems. There's something fishy they were looking for and they neglected to let us in on it and want us to believe they hid it because of ancient Chinese reasons.

So a few months ago I swear I was using my pineal gland to steal light from Cats, any cat just cats in general.
They are quite powerful physically so I would imagine they are also powerful mentally maybe even spiritually.
The next morning I was tripping out completely about life and random shit. Tripping about telepathy as well.

it sounds like you're looking for the first master key.
a good place to start would be to sit or lie down and close your eyes. meditate for a bit, at least until you're able to stop your thoughts from coming (i find the shambavi mudra very helpful for achieving this).
from this state you just imagine "getting up" out of your body. it's not quite enough to imagine it though, you have to really 'feel' it. start small: get up and feel your astral feet on the floor. touch a table with your astral hand, and maybe try tasting some astral food. the more you practice this the easier it'll get, and the better you'll be at it. eventually work your way up to walking around your house, then leaving your house and walking around your street. eventually you'll get to the point where you can fly, or construct whatever reality you want. this is the true first master key

depending on how much work you put in, it may take weeks, months, or even years to be able to have the ability to construct a satisfactory temple.

i was living in hostels, smoking legal. i stayed in a b&b before i went home, and smoked a lot of legal high. i was smoking and listening to music, and these blue people were there fucking around. i sat on the bed and started tripping... it felt like the room was floating, and if i opened the door it would just empty and white
across from me there was a long piece of wood used to open the window on the roof. it had a knot on it that looked like the all seeing eye
anyway, i started tripping and laid down. i hallucinated, and saw three things in a circle. there was pits of fire around us and we were looking over a rock table. i signed something on the table, but i don't remember what it said. i don't think it ever said anything. come to think of it, i don't remember signing it - i just wrote something.
after this, i laid down and heard something tell me i am about to die. i said no, let me do it. i grabbed the string that was given to me and was decapitated - i think it was from the piece of wood that was across the room.

i loved going to leeds. i was in hostels, and we all smoked legal high. i began talking to the people in the hostel and helped them reach their potential. i had two favourites. a star/maybe an angel and a demon. the demon was fully evil. turned out to be a piece of shit. the star was nice, helped me in my times of need.

i also had a dream where i chased a laser pen light, and came to three doors. i said i didn't want to go through them, and a nice voice said it's fine, come meet us whenever you would like.

I heard a spooky story from a town near mine that you guys might like.

However, the story goes that Abhartach rose from the grave and demanded a bowl of blood from the wrists of his subjects to sustain his energy. Cathain returned to kill Abhartach a second time, but again he rose from the dead, demanding the blood of the living.
>Cathain sought the advice of a Druid, who informed him that Abhartach was a marbh bheo (walking dead) and must be killed with a sword made of yew wood, before being buried upside down with a great stone placed upon his body to weigh him down, preventing him from rising again.

Okay /x/, first time I post here for a long time. I'd mostly stopped coming here last year or so, but people here always seemed to know an unusual amount about lucid dreams, sleep paralysis, and things of that kind.
Basically, I have a sort of recurrent dream where I can only see a single image, as if I had lag in my eyes. The picture is always very vivid and detailed - I could probably use it as a reference for a drawing, if I was capable of doing so in that state. I can not move my body at all, except for sometimes my head, but no matter which way I move it, or if I try to blink, I can never stop seeing the picture.
The strange thing is, I can feel everything that's going on with my real-life body when I have those dreams. This time, for instance, my arm was starting to get sore from the position I'd fell sleep on. and I can ALWAYS make out the texture of my bedsheets. Despite this, it doesn't seem like I have sleep paralysis, as I can't hear anything and the whole "lag in my eyes" business seems too extreme to be an hallucination.
It's not unusual to those dreams to become lucid right before they end, but THIS is the first time I managed to snap out of it. Twice, actually. Maybe thrice or up to five times over if you count the other dreams I had. I dreamed a lot last night. I was going to post a list of my dreams, but the OP ended up too long to be posted, so I'll post it shortly on another one.

*Looking for Help *
So my girlfriend has moved into a new flat, the flat itself is sort of old but not ancient. She started mentioning a few weeks after she moved in that she felt like she was being watched. She herself is pretty receptive to this kind of stuff, and her mom has always told her that she attracts things.
So anyway last night we were in bed and she suddenly stopped and looked frightened, I asked what was wrong and she asked me to lay next to her for a second. I had also felt a strange sense of being watched before she did this.
From here she progressed to tell me that something was watching us, that when she asked me to lay next to her it was literally stood at the foot of the bed and moved round the bed and closer to her which freaked her out because it was too close. I began to feel extremely cold, and certain spots i felt in the room were particularly freezing. She seemed fine, but I began to really feel an unpleasant sense that something didn't want me to be there. My girlfriend told me she felt the presence was a male, and that it had become protective of her and didn't want me around/ was trying to figure out my intentions with her. She lives with two male friends who both haven't experienced anything, however they as people aren't particularly open the idea of the paranormal.
We decided to turn the heater on, and watch a film on her laptop which was on a stand at the foot of the bed. The laptop is broken and needs the charger in at all times to function. By this point I felt my senses had become extremely heightened and I was shaking due to adrenaline my body had produced. Despite the heater being on, my body was freezing and my hands shaking and my girlfriend told me it was fucking with me. cont...
cont - As we started watching the film, I began to see what felt like a feint cloud like substance form at the bottom end of the room behind the laptop and by the door. I started feeling like I knew roughly where it was, but I couldn't see anything. I then started seeing little blips of light where I felt the presence was.
From here there was a period of about half an hour of seeing blips of light and cloudy formations, and the laptop randomly turned off twice. Then my girlfriend got up to go to the loo, and I swear I saw the outline of a figure behind her, the outline wasn't shadow, more like the same thing you see when you look at a bright light then blink and see the traces, except this trace was clearly the shape of a tall figure that followed her out the room. When she came back in she stood over the bottom of the bed and clear as day I saw the same thing but this time the figure was vividly there, just stood directly behind her. She then proceeded to tell me that it had followed her out to the toilet and that she could feel it behind her when I saw it.
Ultimately we decided to ignore it, and watch the film til we slept. we both fell asleep and I experienced a horrific dream where the figure was in the room and attacking me, and i was swinging at it trying to hit it, I realised I was dreaming and woke but experienced sleep paralysis and started yelling, my girlfriend tried to calm me and tell me it was ok (she has no memory of this) then I couldn't move and could feel something freezing cold pressing on my face.
All in all it was a really unpleasant experience, and the first time i've ever actually seen visual evidence of something paranormal. There's of course a chance that we managed to work eachother into dillusion, but there was so much evidence it was real (I forgot to mention as we started to nod off out of nowhere something by itself dropped of the bed side table and scared the shit out of both of us). There's also a chance the sleep paralysis was just a nightmare as a result of being freaked out, however it felt so vivid, like I wasn't even sure if I actually got up and started swinging at it in my sleep or not, it feels like I did.
My girlfriend has no memory of me screaming or waking up in the night, or of her calming me down.
I'm moving down into this flat in a few months to be with her, but if anyone could shed their opinions on what they think it could be (even if its to tell me im just freaking out at nothing) it would be much appreciated, I just feel like no one will believe me if I tell them and it's really really frustrating.

To be honest it's only a waste of time if you don't enjoy learning about it because that's all you're really going to get. No you won't become a powerful wizard through it. But it can be a very interesting subject, the only issue with learning about magic is that like religious groups it changes depending on who you ask. There are people that believe cursing is real for example but if you ask the next guy he might swear on his life that it is real. It really depends on what section of the occult you are talking about. I find conspiracy theories super fun to learn about, magic not so much. Good luck on whatever you choose though, just be selective on what you actually believe and take to heart.

Hitler was a very intuitive man, and an enigma to many. Nobody could really tell what he was thinking, I think that he always felt a sense of duty towards a life goal that sort of manifested itself naturally. Divine revelation can't really be explained.
Not sure who the first avatar would be but if you look at history as a series of reoccurring archetypes you're sure to find them among leaders, prophets, artists, writers, etc..
I had a very unsettling dream several nights ago and was wondering if anyone on /x/ has had a similar experience.
I had a dream that I was sleeping in my old bed at my parent's house (don't live there anymore). In the dream, I awoke, and came face to face with an exact replica of myself. We were both sleeping on our sides and staring into each other's eyes. I couldn't move my body, and a strange buzzing sound permeated the room.
I used to have sleep paralysis sometimes. I could feel a night hag demon presence in my room. This dream felt like I WAS the evil presence.
Sorry if my writing is a little disjointed, I'm tired, but if someone can help me understand what sleeping next to myself while staring at my own face means, then that would be great.
