Anyone else who does this? I lay down on my bed, put on some relaxing music, mostly binaural beats. Close my eyes, and just let all the darkness fade in on me. Then i start imagining space, and the more i imagine it being in my head, the more vivid it gets. After a while i can mentally travel through space. I can do this with other places too, but space is the best place.

I did it. I even got scary good at it. Then I posted here about it, telling people they could concentrate on an image I created to see me astrally project.
