my grand uncle passed away on the 17th of December and the night before it happened I in the living room alone and I heard a KNOCK on the door, then a knock on the sky light window above me and then my dog started barking like crazy.
I didn't open the door and I wanna know if I should have?

My little Pomeranian went crazy barking at my back door on the night a neighbor died. I opened it and she got quiet and looked but went right back to crazy barking when it was closed. Barked most of the night. She never did this before or after.
I wasn't there when it happened, but I guess my grandpa had a rough death. His lung had collapsed and he'd been battling cancer for years. Anyways, I guess he was hallucinating and yelling for my aunt to answer the door. Weird. Never heard of this before, though. What's the general story behind this?
So my boyfriend has had the same dream 3 days in a row and im slightly worried.
He told me that it starts with him tied up to a tree in a forest and many goat men surrounding him. They start bringing out people he knows (starting with acquaintances, to people he care about alot) and them putting them into this circle and sacrificing them by then almost melting their flesh off (kinda like I'm Indiana Jones) but more vivid and then they disintegrate.
The third time he had the dream he asked them questions, and they replied, but he couldn't understand them. They almost sounded like pigs he said.
Why I'm worried is because I said he feels as though a spirit or negitive energy has been draining him lately and he believes it's causeing these dreams. He knows how to lucid dream and is going to attempt to kill them and it should go away. But what do you think this means?

Hey /x/ I got a question for you guys that I've been really paranoid about. Things are getting weird. Whenever I'm out with friends if I mention almost any song or movie I'll hear about it again later. I don't know a good way to explain it so I might as well give an example.

I plan on venturing out into the the many woods of this country at some point. I am currently a sheriff deputy in my county. Working towards getting my first house, im still young (23). I am big on guns, and I've done some camping innawoods before, nothing I can't handle.

I think more than 99% of psychic wu wu and paranormal claims are bullshit. The one I can't quite dismiss is remote viewing. With most of these claims, you can say the UFO guys are crazy/high/hoaxers and easily dismiss them. But the U.S. government had a remote viewing program for over 20 years, at a cost of over $20 million. The program was evaluated and renewed on an annual basis, over 20 times. The guys involved essentially committed career suicide in order to participate. Was this a cover for some other black project? If so it seems like a terrible cover, since they would have had to fake about 70,000 documents which are now available via FOIA. The former military guys have kept up the charade for over two decades since the program was declassified. Some of them make money off of it, but they could easily make more in the private sector, being former black ops intelligence officers. Why would they continue to embrace it for decades, when they are mostly mocked by the general public? You had highly credentialed researchers at Stanford putting their name on this program, at great risk to their own careers. I can't make sense of it, unless they were actually doing psychic spying. I can see that the phenomenon may not have been consistent enough, and may have been too controversial to continue. But they aren't going to renew the program every year for over 20 consecutive years if they are not producing some results.

An innkeeper takes him him and looks out for him but as the days go one he starts to notice things aren't right there and eventually he notices everyone there is crazy.
