Sorry if I write without syntax but English is not my native tongue.
Last night i was going to the bed when i heard a strange scream in my head, and then its was only silence and a feeling of dread.
For the next ten minutes I just simply can´t hear anything at all. It was the 1:32 a.m. (UTC -3 Argentina)
Moments later i begin to text some friends to know if anyone has listened to the same or at last feel something strange. Three of them replied, they heard the same experiencing absolute terror.
So /x/ anyone else hear something strange last night? Or it was just here?
Last night when i went to bed, I experienced sort of the same thing.
Odd. Around midnight my time my cat flipped shit, and moments after, I heard the most fake sounding cat yowl I've ever heard outside the door. It sounded like someone had phlegm in their throat at the time, and it caused me to run outside in my boxers with a bent machete in 20° F weather, only to find nothing. I don't know if that correlates to anything in your story, but we both experienced something terrifying tonight.

Does dusk-phobia exist?, because since i was a child i've always really really fear that moment of the day where lamppost aren't on and i'ts barely dark. I feel really depressed in that short time. I get depressed at night too OP. Have been this way since I was in my middle twenties around the same time I met my ex-wife.
Strange uneasy feeling of isolation, self-reflection, sadness and general unease.
The dark also makes me annoyed too, like being in a dark room feels suffocating. Thankfully I live out in the boonies so we get a lot of moonlight so I keep the drapes open.
You know how we all have theese weird voices in the back of our heads. What if they are real, what if they´re angles and demons talking to us and we just don´t realize it cause it´s so silent and we call people who can hear them louder mad.

My cat won't stop staring at me. It's not at my face, around me or in my general direction. Approximately, it could be the direct center of my chest; almost through me in a dazed blank manner. It won't stop fucking following me and it sits there like a statue not even twitching. I can barely even see it breathing.
This is a complete 180 from it's usual mannerisms of being... well a obnoxious, stupid cat as we are all used to. It's diet never changed. I am scared, not just for my cats health, but myself. I feel uneasy.
