My mom just got an envelope in the mail with a blank piece of paper inside. It doesn't have a return address, and the side of the envelope looks like it's been tampered with a bit. Hello my friends. In Russia, there is a tradition to decorate the yards of houses and grounds, home-made sculpture. Materials used tires , wood, iron , concrete mortar. Above it are painted with oil paints . However, from cold and wet , the dye fades, crumbling of concrete , iron rot.
