I have a story to share, /x/. It's honestly the only paranormal thing to ever happen in my entire life. I've talked about it with my friends, family, girlfriend, and so on but nobody seems to believe me at all.

>About seven years old.
>Getting ready to take a shower.
>Usually this was no big deal to me. My mom would come in to turn the water on and then leave me in peace. I actually sorta enjoyed shower time.
>After my mom turned the water on she walked out and closed the door behind her. And I locked it after her.
>My mom always felt the temp of the water when she turned it on. And she knew what felt just right. But this time, when I stuck my leg in the water, it was ice cold. Really weird.
>I turned the nozzle all the way to the hot side and hopped in.
>After about three or four minutes of scrubbing, the shower curtain started to rustle a little bit from the other side.
>It scared the shit out of me for a minute. Instead of calling out for mom, I just stood there. Never in my life have I stood so still.
>Nothing really happened after that so I sorta chalked it up to my imagination.
>Right when I let my guard down-- something snaked under and around the curtain.
>The snout of some kind of animal crept in. It was incredibly long but it looked like it belonged to a dog. It was orange and furry.
>As if on cue, the shower instantly turned ice cold again. This time it was so cold that it knocked the wind out of me.
>I tried to yell out but my breath was completely gone.
>The snout just sorta sniffed around and then retreated.
>I got out of the shower's stream of water and just sorta sat there huffing and trembling.
>I stood silently in that shower for probably half an hour. At least it seemed like it. I was too scared to see what the fuck kind of beast was behind the curtain.
>Finally, I gathered up the courage and quickly pulled it back. There wasn't anything behind the curtain. And the door was still locked.

Recently I've been noticing a clicking stone at the center of my brain, almost like a small pebble that moves around when I walk. I have come to the conclusion that my poor diet and lifestyle have caught up, and that this is a calcification of my pineal gland. First of all, is it even possible to reverse pineal gland calcification if it reaches a certain stage, and if so, how long would the reversal process be? Hey /x/, I've been thinking a lot lately and I wonder if this will be someday feasible.
Technology is advancing so rapidly, they are already working on technology that will stop ageing. They say the first human that will be made immortal has already been born.
Cloning is becoming a more and more realistic prospect.
In the future we will be able to travel into space and colonise planets.
Do you think that in the distant future (like, 3,000 years from now.), will they be able to resurrect everybody who has ever lived using cloning whether it be by cloning as we know it now, or some new technology we can't even concieve of as of now? Due to all the excess space now that we can find new planets to inhabit, there won't be an over-crowding problem.
Do you think the prospect of everybody coming back might happen in the distant future?
Is there even a reason to fear death as of now?
They say that nothing is impossible with science.
Not sure if it's an answer you're looking for, but I sure hope we don't find a way to bring back the dead. And I don't mean I in a "zombie apocalypse" way, either. Like, actual resurrection along with immortality.
The way I see it, if people aren't allowed (in the lack of a better word) to die, the world's population will grow exponentially, leading to situations like famine, for example. There eventually won't be enough food to pass around at the rate we have grown accustomed to, leading to scenarios where people will have to fight each other for food. Country against country, neighbor against neighbor. Now, this was just an example, but even it made me shiver.
Too many people is a bad thing, let alone the fact that more people are being born everyday.
Maybe a bit of an exaggeration, but I really hope we can keep the flow of people in this world going steady.

I think I know what his intentions are. They are not really bad but a bit selfish. Dont die. Get old. After that you can join him and you can do crazy stuff in the so called "afterlife" he will be there. Its not another place. Basically its everywhere and nowhere. Its another dimension. He cant harm you really. He can influence what you think by talking to you but thats it. Just because youre at this moment incarnated and doing the human quest doesnt mean his spooky astral neet life is somewhat superior. Quite the contrary. You do the heavy task. Earth is not a easy challenge for young souls as we are but its worth it. That ghost is doing neet life actually. No annoying physical problems. He just is his mind manifesting actually.

What are /x/'s thoughts on incense?
Not your hippie dimestore kind of incense or oils, actual resins and spices that have to be worked in a mortar and pestle for use in rituals of magick.
I've always used incense and been around incense as long as I can remember, but only recently have I begun grinding and mixing it myself. I've been curious about its placebo effects of aiding in concentration and divination, as well the more esoteric like how some conjurers believe that spirits they've contacted can use the smoke as a temporary corporeal form.
If /x/ has any personal experience with it or any resources addressing their usage and mixing I'd be greatly appreciative.
