Recently I've been noticing a clicking stone at the center of my brain, almost like a small pebble that moves around when I walk. I have come to the conclusion that my poor diet and lifestyle have caught up, and that this is a calcification of my pineal gland. First of all, is it even possible to reverse pineal gland calcification if it reaches a certain stage, and if so, how long would the reversal process be?
