anything extra creepy happen to you at 3 am?

Noticing all this life is just some sort of weird test. In my dreams, I drive down streets I recognize but have never seen. I speak with people that I'm intimately familiar with but never met in my life. When I'm drifting off to sleep, I always feel like I'm falling. Like I fell out of the back of a jet plane.
Anons, I think we live this life synchronistically with other lives. Perhaps all of space time is occurring simultaneously with no differentiation. We're all gods experiencing this life as some sort of test with everything we interact with, feel, or experience just being yet one more thing we must feel or experience. My only confusion is when I interact with others. Are they a manifestation or are we all just a billion different shards from the same light bouncing off one another?

Some faggot who used to show up to parties and kickbacks unannounced. If you were unlucky enough to meet him for the first time, he would go out of his way to turn the subject onto car crashes/fatal accidents. He would then mention how he wrecked his motorcycle and was "legally dead" for 6 minutes. He claimed all he can remember was a warm sensation...which was probably him pissing and shitting himself.

The best I have done is 12 hours in a dream within 6 hours of actual sleep....highly doubt anyone could do 100 years without some time skipping occurring in their dream. Hell, my 12 hours could have easily been time skipped without me catching it...

Yes it is possible. Ive experienced an entire life in one dream. Waking up from it was extremely confusing as it made me wonder which was the real thing, this life or the other (the thought still freaks me out sometimes). As to how to experience this? I honestly do not know, and keep in mind that im an avid lucid dreamer. Perhaps this might play some part into achieving it. My experience did not occur willingly or as a lucid dream however. Just my tiny contribution guys, cheers.

Would it merely amplify the effect of what you are trying to achieve or would it make the effect a constant thing in your life?

TL;DR
Me and my friend got contacted by satanists after exploring an abandoned hospital.
Long story /x/, me and my friend were searching this abandoned hospital.
We came upon an entire house (connected to the hospital) that was dedicated to this weird occult movement. It had 'CARCOSA', 'VOMA' and all kinds of weird shit written everywhere, like "NIGHT WILL FIND YOU", "ALL SHALL BE GONE", some anti-christ stuff, like a painting of jesus crying.
Later we managed to make it over to the operating room where operations once happened - we found a lot of gooey red 'something' on the floor (we both think it's blood, but we have no way of knowing), there was some cloth too, thrown in the corner of the room, soaking with this red goo.
Empty beer cans on the operation bed too.
We decided to write on the wall with a can of grafitti we had brought, we wrote "FIND 'made-up name' IF YOU LIKE DARKNESS", to kinda play along with the horror theme of the hospital.
All of this was yesterday and today, after having created the fake facebook profile of said made-up name, I got a message.
I got a message from the people who had painted the other house with all the 'CARCOSA' stuff.
They call themselves V.O.M.A, which we had also seen around in the hospital but didn't think much of it.
Now, they wrote to me not to walk around that part of the hospital - then they deleted the profile.
The profile was called Voma AnnoKristos, so again, antichrist.

coming up on 48 hours
Yesterday night i took benedryl, l-tryptophan, l-theanine, melatonin, and some other herbal sleep aids, and i stayed awake all night simply because i couldnt sleep. today i took a bunch of caffeine to keep me awake so i could sleep at a regular time tonight.
the hallucinations are starting, but im not quite tired enough to fall asleep.
Ive been having very lucid, very dreadful dreams, and i think part of the reason im not sleeping is because i subconsciously dont want to dream. Im very afraid in my dreams, but sometimes before i become afraid and fearful i experience very pleasant things. The shock from going from one extreme to the other is too much to handle. i am happy in one instance, and in the next i am extremely terrified.
Im going to take some melatonin, and try to sleep tonight. Im sure ill fall right to sleep. Ill post some of my dreams if i have another one tonight.

I have had huge problems falling asleep in the past, two things have sort of worked for me.
Meditation. Can almost always get my mind to stop running long enough to sleep. I often wake up again soon after but it's worth trying.
And melatonin in liquid form. A lot of gas stations sell this stuff called Nerosleep. It's in an orange bottle.
I always start to hear stuff starting on day 3. Hope you get some sleep.

didnt sleep yet, but dude, i know its no placebo for a fact now. I drink those neuro-sleep like medicine. For some reason in that concoction in liquid form just goes into the body better. They legit work. I dont have any with me right now, but im about to order them in bulk, even if they are overpriced. Its almost novelty, but they work if you dont have a whole assortment of sleep aids at any given time.
I actually drank a whole Sleep, and half a Bliss before laying down last night. I was tired, but my brain didnt let me sleep.

For months now, voice entities have been harassing me. They appear behind air currents like vents and also sometimes follow my head closely.
