Canonically, demons can infest human bodies and influence them, and can be exorcised.
But, humans can also establish authority over demons by invoking Christ's name.
What if you were to do this to a demon which resides within you, but not exorcise it? Could you then live normally, bending the power of the demon towards skill in finance, art, or whatever else?
God gave humans mastery over angels in Genesis, so this technique should work even if it's Satan himself, right? Or would God be pissed and give you over to it?

Art has a history of suddenly retiring due to mitigating factors. I think the truth is that there is no stalker, and his retirement is because his show sucks, low ratings, bad guests etc.
And I only started listening to Art a few weeks ago. But after listening to his older classics I can see why he hates his life

Hey guys,
Years ago (and during several years before then) I used to automatically astral project most nights. Sometimes they were lucid dreams, but most of the time not.
I was very fond of this, as it allowed me to explore many places and things. I really miss it, besides, I felt I rested better.
Then at some point during an especially stressful period I had the most terrible "nightmare" in which I got up from my bed while asleep to do the usual exploring, but realized that a horrible monster was standing guard right before my bed. This shocked me so much it woke me up again, in an outright panic.
That's the day I lost my ability to project - with very rare exceptions. Most of the other times I projected again, some creature or another eventually came looking for me, typically not wanting me to leave my home.
Honestly it feels as if I had gotten "too far" and somebody decided to keep me in check so I couldn't explore ever again. It's like i'm in home-imprisonment *if* I project at all, which I almost never do anymore.
It's been some years. I thought I'd go back to normal. But it hasn't happened. I feel I've been robbed of rest and wonder.
Is there a solution?

What you need is a dream quest of your own, find out what is going on, and who/what is stopping you (and why).
Going through puberty made it much much more difficult for me to lucid dream.
As a man, we learn we are expected to be critical of the situations we find ourselves in while as children, we are allowed to simply experience them with as much joy as possible.
Nobody even needed to ask. The Egyptians knew it. We all know it. You don't even need to be told. It's as if it's written into the fabric of the universe. Cats are paranormal.

Backstory is a guy has had someone doing some suspicious weird shit outside his house at night and started putting a camera out to record it. He says he tried moving which worked at first but eventually shit started happening again.

Creepy story.That guy definitely has a more sinister intention if he even went as far as to track him down to his new home.It could be someone who holds a grudge against him or maybe even a psycho serial killer.He was probably targeted becouse he lives alone.He should really think of moving to a more populated area just to be safe.I also think that he should file a report on this with the police just to have a record on his case if eventually the guy decides to attack.If this is true i feel sorry for the guy, he probably doesnt get any sleep.

I'm going to outline what's been happening to me off and on for the past 5 years and then see if anyone has advice. I'll answer any questions if I have answers. Everything I'm typing is true, or at least I believe it is. I don't know if they're the same thing.
I think something is following me. I think it has been for years. It started in college. I lived in a duplex with 5 other guys. Two houses with a joined basement and back porch. The basement was a fucking nightmare. Catacombs were the best way to describe them. Connecting rooms, very dark, very old, very spooky. When we moved in I didn't believe in ghosts, and when we left I did. List of events that transpired:
- Roommate swore he was pushed going down the stairs to the first floor. He was also an alcoholic. We shrugged it off, but he was banged up pretty bad.
- Our cats would cry almost every night around 3. Went on for maybe 30 minutes. I didn't hear that much of it because I sleep with a fan but I know that it happened at least 12 times I can remember.
- My gf would wake up with bruises and scratches. At one point she woke up with a cracked rib. A fucking rib man. Other women reported similar stuff as well.
- My turning point: I was shitting in the bathroom. Small bathroom. I can touch everything around me by reaching out. I notice the trash can lid is moving (spherical lid, central hinge, you know the kind) and I did not hit it. No cats. Just swinging. And swinging. Thats what made me a believer.
- Laundry was in the basement. I finish my load, head up the steps, close the door, and kind of rap on it with my knuckles. Its just a thing I do, I picked it up from my dad. Kind of an exit thing. I'm halfway up the stairs to the 2nd floor and I hear a knock back.
A month later we got evicted (partied way too hard and trashed it), so I never went back. Gf's bruising never came back. The cats never cried. Nothing until my apartment two years ago.

so, my apartment. It used to be an old two story home that was converted into 4 apartments because it was so close to the nearby college campus. Rent was cheap and it was charming. But it was, as fortune would have it, also STUPID haunted. which is why I wonder if its not just me. by now, I was a full-blown believer. I mean like. The shit that happened in college converted me pretty fucking quick. So when things started going down at this place I knew what was causing it. Something was angry. Or wanted my attention. I'm still not sure which.
Shit that happened:
- Doors opening by themselves. Solid doors. Doors that locked. I would go to bed with my closet doors (2 closets) closed and sealed and wake up with them open.
- Things would rearrange themselves. Big things. Things like my bike. I would go to work with my bike in one corner of my living room and find its position flipped. Or clothes I had put away in the dresser on the floor.
- The shadow. This was a big one. I saw it. My gf saw it. A friend who slept on my couch saw it. Always the same. 6 ft. or taller. Man shaped. Blurry, like an afterimage or a shadow moving too fast but at a regular pace. Always in the kitchen.
- THE KNOCKING. OH MY GOD. I'm having a moment here remembering this holy shit. I was thinking about my time there and I remembered the guy who lived downstairs. I woke up to him knocking on something. Like he was hammering something into the wall. At 1:30 at night. It went on for 20 minutes until I started pounding on the floor to get him to stop. Maybe it really was him but now that I know what I know I'm not so sure.

What do you mean? Do you mean they're boring/hard to read?
Also I personally don't prefer to read grimoires (at least those that are considered "true" grimoires) because they're meant to be a teaching tool and that typically doesn't apply to my craft. I do look through other witches' book of shadows/spell books though.
I thought I could get some /x/ help with this, since it seems like something you guys might be able to help. Okay.
For the last months I've had this weird feeling. An unbearable thing. It's not every day, but when it comes, it's really awful. I'm not sure how I can describe it though. It's just something unbearable that seems to want to get out.
After some time, this feeling seemed to have evolved. It was kinda like a movie in my head repeating itself. Not sure how to describe it either. A big field with black grass and red skies, dark faceless dead bodies with lots of blood and tore off parts. And the feeling was just awful. This thing seems to haunt me. It makes me want to suicide in bloody and awful ways and self-harm. Idk, maybe you folks can help with this, since it seems to get worst every day. And I'm having outbreaks where I get really angry and rude and fight with everyone.
I don't know if it helps or is related, but I have depression and recent suicide attempt history. Not really due to this thing, though.
So, what /x/ folks think? Shoot me with your thoughts.

I'm having trouble astral projecting, I'm lying still, relaxed yet focused but time and time again I just black out.
Feel drained the next day and have almost no recollection of the night before. I once came close, vibrations N shit and heard a woman scream in my left ear(the loudest thing I have ever heard) it was pretty awesome yet made me nervous alittle.
I'm getting there. It's only a question of when.

Sleep paralysis thread?
Has anybody seen this film (The Nightmare)? Damn it gave me bad vibes, like lights on afterwards and about an hour before I crashed out.
What got me was the idea that sleep paralysis is infectious and can be spread just through suggestion, that the beings you see in sleep paralysis are actually self aware and exist in some way. One part the guy says the girl lying next to him had a night terror and their experience kind of overlapped, she saw a cat with red eyes, he saw a shadowman with red eyes and that kinda thing.
Whats the deal with the archetypes as well? Like, WHY shadowmen and hags?

i was moving my new girlfriend into her new house and i had brought some selenite and crystals with me to put around the place.
While i was falling asleep i knew i was slipping into paralysis.
I was in the street in broad daylight, and a group of people that looked dressed as police maybe? they all wore blue; walked across the street to me.
After they got close, their heads all turned to pale, dead, pig heads. With skin over where the eyes should be. It felt like they observed me, and i observed them as well. it was weird.
sleeps paralysis is fucking awesome, having them since 97', all sorts of spooky voices all the time
