I've heard about watchers before. Not sure what they are though, seems interesting though I'm going to read about it. What's your take...my take on the Annunaki is that they're shapeshifting demons or demon hybrids that are falsely being presented as a seperate physical race from another planet or whatever

Seriously, though, I'm one of those old timey /x/ occultists and I tried this once, ultimately unsuccessfully (big surprise, right?) But man a lot of weird shit happened. Easily one of the most intense and spoopsiest rituals I've ever been involved in.
In any case, this is my general outline for trying to bring someone back from the dead. I further suggest you have a good connection with some sort of other powerful entity, a goddess/god/demon/whatever that you have a long and fruitful relationship with to help protect and guide you during your attempt.

Time travel.
The month I made 18 years old I got to know the most beautiful girl I've ever been with. Not only beautiful: interesting too. She's also interested in matters of the same kind as I, and also very spiritually-inclined too.
Strange started to happen. Waking visions of our future child, sensations of knowing each other for eternity. Dreams of each other every night. She had experience with extraterrestrials; claims that when about seven years old she was abducted. When we had our first mushroom trip together, she saw our future daughter again. After this, a triangular-shaped UFO appeared hovering over us. They did nothing, but she claims they spoke to her, telepathically. It is also worth noting that we experience telepathy frequently, but it is somehow out of our control.
But she's a friend of my ex. Soon after having sex with her for the first time I started to feel really guilty about eveything I have done to my ex. Not that I WANT to go back to her, but I started to feel guilty for all the lies and dissimulations I made part of. The guilt sometimes subsides, and I know, intuitively, the only way to be happy would be through self unconditional love and love for my current girlfriend. I couldn't go back to my ex, because it would make me a prisioner of my guilt, and my current makes me feel so whole. Also she is intensely loved by my family too.
I've looked for patterns and found the labels of "twin flame" and "dark night of the soul", both of which seem to be awfully precise about the current conditions. I don't understand what is happening, truthfully. I would like any opinion of thee on the matter.
I am on the deepest, darkest psychological distress I've ever been. I wake up sweating and with pain in my chest. My neck's lymph nodes are freakingly swollen. I know all these symptoms are mind-related. I feel despair and angst on a level that I could relate to both Nietzsche and Breuer in Yrvin D. Yalom's "When Nietzsche Wept". Thank you in advance.

I use to get sleep paralysis/night terrors when I was younger. it would start with a humming in my ear. I could usually recognize it at this point and wake up, or choose to let it take over. I never saw anything but always felt the general sense of dread and terror.
It has been many years but now I want to experience it again. Any sure fire way to trigger it? I would like to build up to full blown hallucinations and film it all. Pic related is usually how I sleep but can adjust as needed.

Sleep for a few hours and then wake up and do something for about 20 minutes. Then go back to sleep while laying on your back. I've had a high success rate with this method.
I've experience this too. I would never a humming though but I couldn't get up. I was aware I was sleeping but wanted to get up but I couldn't for I don't even know how long. I would struggle and I think I could feel my arms and legs moving slightly. When I finally woke up I would snap and jump out of bed and feel like I was freaking out.

When I was around 13 or 14 a friend of mine, her mom and I thought it would be fun to play with a oujia board that they "couldn't get rid of".
I was skeptical as the oracle read out the name "Psylo" and claimed he wanted to kill me. I simply left the board while they continued. (Not sure if they closed the connection or not, like I said I was young and stupid for playing with it without knowing the rules.
It seems that ever since then my life has been taking a negative spiral (alcohol, drugs, failing school).
Fast forward to me being 19. Get with a guy. An abandoned room in the house gives me a weird feeling (back bedroom). I would stay back there because it was his parents house and I wasn't supposed to be spending the night.
Anyway, felt it watching me at all times. Hated being back there. Was later told by boyfriend that his grandfather who lived there before said there was a "booger" in the house. The house becomes ours and we just shut the room off.
Years later, we move and the house is burned down. I'm the new house I feel the same type of presence, only it is in the living room and kitchen (where we spent most of our time). Eventually, life goes to shit. Boyfriend goes to jail for something he didn't do (was accused of 6 years prior, but all of a sudden indicted?). We end up losing the house and have to move back in with his parents
Now we have been here for about 4 years. Moved out for about 4 months but had to move back. I can feel the negativity here and it only seems to be getting worse.
I'm starting to think this "entity" has clung to me all these years and is slowly tearing me apart. All I feel is depression, anger or apathy in regards to everything.
Tl;dr is it possible a being attached to me when I was younger? Or am I just feeling different negative energies as I go through life? How can I stop this?

Shortly after my dad died I saw him in a dream. He was like a cardboard cutout. Still. He was just standing in my room looking at me while I was in bed. The detail was unreal, I could see individual hairs on his face and little blemishes. He just stood there, kinda smiling.
The next day my sister rang me and said.. "I had a dream about your Dad last night, he was standing by the bed just looking at me"
No bullshit. I like to think he came to say bye but the skeptic in me says it was just a dream.

Yes, they had recently passed from cancer, I remember being in a square completely white room with four doors, I would open the door and keep entering what seemed to be the same room. That happened for a while until I reached a room that only had 2 doors and a couch. I sat down on the couch and waited, she arrived eventually and said goodbye (litterally only said goodbye) and I watched as she entered another room, I tried to follow her but she was gone

If you're referring to Atenism, I'd classify it more as monolatristic than monotheistic. Akhenaten didn't try to "eliminate" the other gods, he just picked one obscure deity to worship (for whatever reason).
They came from Semitic Paganism, mostly.(Which contains the Assyrians, who took over after Sumer.)
All of them had versions of the gods the other had. And many similarities. Yaweh was actually (supposedly) Baal's brother in Polytheistic Semitic religions.
Anyone remember and have a link to this one kids' cartoon that must have been made around like the 80s or 90s, I think about the passage of time?
From what I remember it takes place out in a field at night overlooking a city. There's a boy and his dog on the grass looking out at the stars. To show the effect of age, the dog quickly walks away off screen (dying), then the boy turns into an old man. Numerous building of different types arise and fall, civilizations come and go and technology advances. The man of course also dies, but this time the view leaves him and the Earth, heading into outer space at great speeds.
There's this whistle or some weird, unpleasant electronic noise that plays as stars fly by to show the rapid progression of time.
