Let's talk about the supposed secret space program, possibly also known as Solar Warden.
So I've been reading a lot about this, mostly theories but some interesting links between them all.
The darling of this theory is Gary McKinnon and his hack he committed where he supposedly found a spreadsheet titled "Non-Terrestrial Officers".
