Has anyone here tried to grown an Homonculus?
"That the sperm of a man be putrefied by itself in a sealed cucurbit for forty days with the highest degree of putrefaction in a horse’s womb, or at least so long that it comes to life and moves itself, and stirs, which is easily observed. After this time, it will look somewhat like a man, but transparent, without a body. If, after this, it be fed wisely with the Arcanum of human blood, and be nourished for up to forty weeks, and be kept in the even heat of the horse’s womb, a living human child grows therefrom, with all its members like another child, which is born of a woman, but much smaller."

Please help me. I need as much advice as I can get, I'm reaching the end of my rope.
I'm pretty sure my grandmother is haunting me. I can feel her always around me, gripping me with her horrible talon hands. She sits on my chest and chokes me at night.
When I was a kid, she killed herself. But she was involved in all kinds of awful occult things. I don't even want to know everything she was into, but I know she did automatic writing. If anyone doesn't know what that is, she basically let spirits possess her and write messages through her.
I think she wants me for some reason. She wants me to join her. Please help.
>>17900831
Are you the chick in the picture?
TROLL!
I still get chills when I remember what they wrote through her. Her body just went limp, her eyes rolled back in her head and just endlessly scrawled "pray for us"
And when she did a ouija session with us, she actually- I don't know summoned something? Can you even do that with a ouija board? I remember her asking for her great grandfather or something to manifest (he was an incredibly evil man) and I just felt this black wave of horror envelop us. My little sister even wet herself, she was so scared, and I threw up. But when my grandmother talked about it later, she acted like it had been a huge success, talked all about her conversation with great granddad. She said he wanted to meet me especially some day.

The Marseilles deck is the one and only true deck.

Why do you say that? I saw a bilingual Spanish English deck today and considering I study linguistics it felt right.

ALL decks are based on the Marseilles deck. But many add all sorts of individual flourishes, leading them farther and farther from the origin.

I recently got into Wim Hof. I've been doing the breathing exercises and cold exposure for about 6 weeks now, daily.
It works. There's not really much more to say. If you try the breathing exercises even once, you'll know it has an effect. That's the beautiful thing about the method, it's a very straightforward technique, and you see results immediately.
I can't say it's changed my life so far, but I genuinely enjoy doing it. The cold exposure and breathing give you sort of a boost every day. I've come to love ice cold water, especially the ring in your ears from adrenaline dump.

I don't remember much of it, I thought it was okay but they were trying to put a romantic subplot in and it just didn't work very well

When I was a young child, lucid dreaming was incredibly common and required little to no effort. I could choose to do whatever I wanted in the dream world and dreams would seem to last forever.
Children also tend to be much more imaginative than adults, and often create imaginary friends (tulpas?) to keep themselves company.
There are also many stories of kids being particularly receptive to the presence of spirits and ghosts, or knowing things they couldn't possibly know.
Why do children seem to be so in tune with their spiritual side? What is it that seems to drive this out as we get older?
>>17900320
>Why do children seem to be so in tune with their spiritual side?
Because they where just there, before they where born.

Nathan Greer, Acclaimed Author and Arriba Resident, Dies at 68
By Jeremy Sheen for the Denver Star
July 8, 2016
Nathan J. Greer, an author known for such works as The Monster Inside Me and Once I’ve Departed, lost a long-time battle with depression late last Wednesday and died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was 68, and left a note saying “circumstances I was forced into.”
To begin his career, Greer started making waves in literature at the early age of 17 when he received the Pedro Nubes Award for Excellence in Young Authorship. His short story, Before Miro, explored a young man’s journey to find acceptance from a father he “never knew, but clung to.”
Not one to waste time, Greer finished one of his two most notable works, The Monster Inside Me, at age 23. While the novel never reached the main4tream, it nevertheless garnered a cult following which would become the basis for his audience during the rest of his literary career and life.
Hot on the heels of The Monster Inside Me, Greer turned to poetry, releasing 6 volumes of work between 1973 and 1978. Said poet and critic Elizabeth Conpena, “His poetry just connected with people on every level. When I finished Volume III, Recollections, I immediately wanted to write to him and ask where he got his gift. His work just made you want to pick up a pen and do exactly as he did- when he was going to convince you of something, he was so effective.”
Eventually, the success of this work allowed Greer to move onto what is considered his most importa9t and all-encompassing piece of writing, Once I’ve Departed. The book takes place from the point of view of a m3n who is dead and looking over his life. Diane Chatterton called it “both mesmerizing and compelling… Mr. Greer’s mastery of metapho7 is unbelievably refreshing and frankly needed.”
Shortly after completing Once I’ve Departed in 1983, Greer moved onto short stories, but this new foray would prove quite temporary. Only 3 were published between 1983 and 1987, and after his last story was published he disappeared practically overnight, which among his fans caused some mayhem.
Young days being gone for good, in 2008 Greer sent a letter to the 0enver Star explaining that his absence was due to a ver6 serious bout of depression brought about by “personal circumstances.” He apologized to fans who he had “left hanging,” and promised that he would “try [his] very best to kic1 this damn thing, today or tommorow.”
On July 8, 2016 at 9 PM Gre2r’s body was discovered by a neighbor who was walking near his house. His funeral will be held on Monday, July 11, at 10:30 AM at Denver Community Church, 1595 Pearl Street in Denver.
Donations will be accepted by a local book club to pay for his gravestone. He has no surviving relatives.

Solve what exactly?
I have mystery that requires me to confirm something with other subjections.
Can anyone else hear a voice in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=644RtpoolOE at 0:38 that says "wow"?
Nope
I thought i did hear wow, but it was from the backup singer dudes, do you know what i mean?
As the subject would suggest, I had a pretty strange experience a few years back.
One night, a friend and I were chatting as we were waking around our neighborhood.
Although it was pretty late (about 11:30 pm) there were other people out walking their dogs so I know we weren't the only people to see it.
Suddenly, the night's sky went completely white for what must have been 20 seconds seconds. It was at least long enough for us to notice, and stop and stare. I live near Los Angeles county so it's never pitch black out here, but it wasn't light exactly. Although the sky was white, the light wasn't "bright", in that it didn't illuminate the area and it wasn't hard to look at (like how a bright light is after you've been in the dark)
After the sky "went black" again, we sort of chuckled and asked each other what we thought happened. The weirdest part is that we weren't really surprised or freaking out or anything. I don't remember if we said anything, but almost immediately someone came up to us and asked us if we saw that.
After we told him that we had, he didn't offer up any explanation or thoughts. He just said it was weird and we agreed before parting ways. We met with no less than 3 other people and had similar interactions; short, awkward interactions to confirm "did I really see that?"
What ended our walk, however, was the last guy we talked to. He, like everyone else, asked us if saw that, but, unlike the rest, had an explanation. Immediately after we said that we had, he said it was power station overload and that he was telling everyone before walking away.
My friend and I both accepted this explanation without question and went to our own homes. It's only now, years later, that I'm remembering this again. I mean, I can't disprove the guys explanation, (Althought the power worked when I got him) but the whole sitation was so strange
Any thoughts?
Pic vaguely related
>>17900225
Did you try to Google about this and find out more? Like if his explanation could be correct?
If that happened to the sky, of all things, then you probably are a part of a high tech cloaked dome city that the common man doesn't know about.
Anyone ever use this? Any spooky times happen?

I guess I'll add a story of mine to get the ball rolling, although it's not that great a story
>around three years ago
>walking into town with a friend
>we get to this massive hill, usually takes like 30 minutes to get from house to the top of the hill
>so we're just talking about random shit and walking up this hill
>very suddenly we notice we're at the top of the hill
>I had no memory of walking up the hill and was quite startled when I realized we were already there
>friend looking pretty shocked too
>check the time, it's been an hour since we set off
Was pretty spooky, but could be put down to just losing track of the time or something.

I'm going to as again. Should I offer beer to Sitri just because of his rank? Should I offer something as a welcoming gift if the spirit in question is a prince or king?
If in fact I need to offer something, should I pour a glass full of beer inside of the triangle, do the ritual and then leave the beer to evaporate? Of course I'm thinking of doing all of this ON TOP of my part of the deal in the summoning.
