>wants to write a book
>has no research or decision making skills

I've done my research, I'm having difficulty choosing what cryptid to do first. Read the post before you reply.

Flatwoods Monster, now fuck off
/x/ what the fuck am I looking at here? I was on the subway into town this morning, playing my 3ds when I got a notification someone on the spot pass feature was attempting to send me pictures. I didnt really give a fuck so I accepted. Heres what I recieved. I glanced around the subway car, but didnt see anyone else with a 3ds. Im not too frightened, as im sure its some random weeb spamming this to every user in range, but still. Can you make heads or tails of this?
Ill post the pictures I recieved in order. It appears to be a crudely drawn comic. It was done in the notes app on the system and exported as a photo. That much I do know
>>17788968
>things that didn't happen,
so we all go out and buy
a 3ds
I would like to know more about shadow people. Anyone have any experiences?
Yeah, One night i was tucking my little brother in and i saw something that looked like a man with a hood run past my door with no sound and i went to go check and every one was in their rooms. Only experience i've had my guy
I know that pic is supposed to be scary but it just looks like somebody about to get fucked in the shower
>>17788735
Yeah
>be me
>15 at the time and spent a shitton of time playing video games in my upstairs
>it's just a routine day make a few trips downstairs but just fucking around on Xbox for most of the day
>it's around 11:00 and I decided to go downstairs to go to bed
>turn all the lights off and go downstairs
>fuckmeintheass I forgot my pillows and shit
>go back upstairs and everything is normal
>notice out of the corner or my eyes a portion of the room is really really fucking dark, like the blackest black I've ever seen
>wtf.jpg
>once I turned around completely I saw a piercing black figure
>it looked like it had a hood or a hat or some shit cause it's head was abnormally large
>fucker slowly just turns away and fades after a few seconds of me getting a good look at it
>I just was in shock and started bawling on the ground until my dad heard and came up to see what the fuck was happening
>tell him my story but he doesn't believe me
>says it's just my imagination
Sorry for the shitty greentext

>>17788451
Make kids using your shitty genes. The results would be monstrous
What do /x/ think about tarot, witch cards sets do you prefer to use, and why?
Do you think there is any differences in the outcome of the reading, between using Rider-Waite Tarot, Thoth Tarot, or just some "unknown" cards with no specific title.
I'd like to hear your inputs on the subject.
are you the faggot from the Aleister Crowley thread??
>>17789739
No, haven't even seen that thread. Just genuine interested in what people think about this subject.
In my experience different decks give different outcomes because I like to use the interpretation of the card itself (not just its usual meaning but what is in the art) But as far as thoth v rider-waite they are very different and give you different things to work with in the cards themselves and are therefore quite prone to giving different outcomes.
Come across this the other day. Could it be HAARP
Tasmania took wild weather a few days after this and is still getting pounded.
Here's another
Probably, here are some pics I saved.
I went on a tour of an air force base last year. On the wall was a strange emblem showing a bald eagle in space holding a magnifying glass and burning things on earth. I'm wondering what project this could have been for. All I can think of is a satellite based laser defense system.
>>17787940
>defense
Sure.
>>17787965
Oh look, we got a spelling bee champion here. Well done Officer Spelling, solid police work.
>>17787970
This is actually a real concern. The US starting a new space race in the name of defense would be catastrophically offensive no matter how you slice it.
Alright /x/ I'd like to build up my innawoods folder. any stories with skinwalkers, fleshgaits, and goat men are all welcome. bonus points for interesting locals
>>17787699
ill give you one, its short but its intresting.
I was out one day walking around, looking for a place to set up camp. I was proabably 1 mile into the woods away from the city.
I see a tiny person, couldnt been over 50cm/19inches. I yell "HEY" and that thing just ran away, i just mind my own buisness. Kinda frightened but i didnt care back then, i was a reckless kid. I setup camp and start cooking some food. That food had alot of smell to it, And you could proabably smell it from 20 meters away i tell you, kinda like how you smell a restaurant from a parking lot. And out of nowhere, the little creature that i saw ran away in the grass, Showed up! very peaceful, made it very clear it wasnt there to hurt me. It had long hair and vas beautiful. I think it was a female.
I notice how peaceful it is so im not scared anymore. I give it some of my potatoes and apples and it goes away, not saying a word. I tried saying hello but no response. It had a nose that was pointing upwards and it had big cheeks. its clothes seemed to be made from a cow and it didnt wear shoes, very hairy feet. Now 20 years later i think i might want to go back there one day to say hello again.
>>17787734
i apologise from my spelling mistakes. english is not my main language.
Here's a better idea, try looking for shit you think you can handle instead, you pussy bitch.
Please fucking tell me I'm not the only who just saw their own personal Battle of LA...
Suburbs outside Chicago, specifically Niles Illinois.
Last two hours there were multiple different types of ships witnessed over the suburban area by me as well as two neighbors outside, they were being followed by vertical take off military helicopters and high altitude stealth ships.
Please, did anyone see this shit too?
>>17787608
Nothing on MUFON
bumping for interest
>>17787608
did you think to photograph or video since it's been going for 2 hours? or are you just shitposting your drug ridden hallucinations in the hopes that someone gives your faggot ass some attention
Was wondering if anyone knows something about ĀØLa LloronaĀØ (The wailer). It's a mexican urband legend, a ghost that usually mouns for her dead children. I actually have heard mounings on a friends house, I thought he was fucking with us when he said his house was haunted, until we stayed long enough to hear, feels like a omni-directional sound inside your head.
Legend say that the wailer says ĀØAy mis hijosĀØ (Oh my children). It's not somthing you hear in your house, more like somthing in the streets passing by.
I would just like to know if anyone has encounted/heard this spirit ĀæDoes she exist?
And if you ask why is a mexican not posting in Hispachan, it's because there is no paranormal section there. Sorry if i bother here :B
>>17787587
No, La Llorona is a mexican ghost, and thanks to American immigration laws, she is not allowed to haunt on American soil or else they will deport her illegal ass. She is taking jobs from honest, hard working American ghosts and other assorted paranormal beings
>>17787596
I was expecting a good answer, but a get a good joke. Laugh my ass off tho
>>17787619
From what I've heard when I was in high school in the San Diego area it was very common that she only took children to drown them or her wailing lead to the deaths of those who heard it.
Why are all these books about Magick and the Occult, both modern books like pic related, or even older text, like Crowley's books, or really old things, like the picatrix, or the enchain journals, allowed to be seen by the public if they're real? If there is power in these things, why would the powers that be allow them to exist in the public's eye? Are they all fake? Or are there texts hidden form us?
>>17786916
have you read them? anon.
Can I really make a glowing heavy metal star like in that pic?
Please don't give me bullshit like, "It's has to be dark and you can BAAAAARELY see it if you believe!" I want that fucker to light up like Chernobyl so I can get pussy
>>17787095
I'm pretty sure he didn't , but why does it/should it matter ?
Hey guys first of all i aint a "earth is flat freak"
neither do i believe in paranormal shit..
but have you guys noticed that gravity feels much more stronger..and something is wrong rn..
not only gravity but alot of stuff
>>17786792
Can you try to explain some of that other stuff in a way that can't be construed as you being massive?
>OP is fat faggot
i mean that gravity feels stronger, and that retarded example: Everytime i jump or skate do a trick or anything like that,i just feel more pressured to the surface
>>17786837
You're fat.
Okay so this one needs a bit of context. What you see here is a screenshot of my samsung's "Voice Recorder" app. It came with the phone, so it's not some sort of shady app.
Anyway as you can notice the recordings that aren't covered in red (which I added in ms paint) are titled "Voice 045, Voice 001, etc."
Now the two recordings outlined in red have different titles. That I didn't write. They have a date and the time, right down to the very second.
The normal "Voice" titled recordings are in .m4a format. but the other files are only in .amr format. Making it impossible for me to directly share them. (Though I may play the recording while on audacity so I can share them if this thread gets going.)
I have no recollection of recording these two ones.
Anyway the first recording is one second long. I was recording a lot of experimental music around the time and it doesn't sounds too out of place. It's just the sound of some reverberating low bass sound with a few clicks going on in the background.
The second recording is the one that freaks me the fuck out. It's 4 seconds long and the first 2 or so seconds are just inaudable clicks the final 2 seconds are the sound of a voice saying something that I shit you not literally sounds like someone saying "I smoke meth" or "Why smoke meth" but It's really hard to tell.
I don't know if this will interest someone or not but if it does I will try to share the recordings. Though my phone isn't letting me email them to myself...
>>17786375
Yeah it's a file that says "I am God." Everyone can go home now.
>>17786391
no im not joking about this
Wut
BK Kids pic unrelated, It was just the first picture I had in my downloads.
I used to have a gf who was obsessed with tarot cards and ouija boards and stuff. I've heard of the ideomotor reflex, but what happened really couldn't be explained by that.
One day, we decided to use the board with a couple friends. Last I had heard from my abuelo was at least 7 years ago, and he was hospitalized and had severe Alzheimer's. My mother wouldn't tell me he was dead, but I knew he was. So I decided to try and contact him.
It worked. He first responded in basic English everyone at the table could understand, even though in life he was much more used to Spanish and the bits of Miskito language my bisabuelo taught him as a kid.
My friend jokingly asked if another friend at the table would ever get laid. He responded with a Spanish expression that I've unfortunately forgotten at the moment. I wrote it down.
Everyone wanted to end the session there, but I decided to ask him how my uncle Ricky was doing. I had gotten conflicting reports from both Ricky's cousins, my mom, and Ricky's mom; some said he was still working as a marine biologist to support abuelo, some said he had quit his job and joined the Navy, and some said he had retired and started up a winery called Little Ricky's with abuelo.
I decided to number them in Spanish and ask them with simple words I got off of Google Translate; Uno: biólogo marino, Dos: armada, and Tres: vino. Abuelo responded with tres, which I wrote down as well.
When I got home that day, I decided to ask my mother what the sentence meant. After looking at it, she told me it meant something along the lines of: "For every ugly foot there's a broken sandal."
If that wasn't weird enough, about a month later when my mother was preparing things for her wedding, we got a bottle of wine and a card from Ricky. The wine's brand? Little Ricky's winery.
I really used to think ouija boards were bullshit. Does anyone else have a similar experience?
The wheelchair kid is called wheels wow

The wall can't come soon enough
I am compiling info on rites of passage and rituals by all types of native peoples to any region and would like /x/ to share any they are familiar with.
>Huskenawing
huskenawing, a species of severe probation through which those
were required to pass who desired either to be chiefs or priests. On
this occasion, after various preparatory ceremonies, the children are led
naked through two lines of men, armed with bastinadoes, which are
employed with great rigor against the victims, who, after running
through this gauntlet, are more dead than alive, and are covered with
boughs and leaves of trees. If any expire under this trial, it is esteemed
that the Okee has fixed his heart upon him, and carried him off". The
rest are conveyed into the depths of a wood, and shut up into a cage
or pen, where they are plied with intoxicating drugs till they are said to become for several weeks actually deranged. By this process they
are supposed completely to lose all memory of what they have seen
and known in their former life, and to begin a new and brighter era.
They must not, on their return home, recognize their nearest friends
or comrades, the most common objects, nor even know a word of their
own language ; all must be learned afresh. If any indications of mem -
ory escape, the youth must pass again through the dreadful ordeal.
Above all, he must be careful not to have retained the slightest recol-
lection of any property he may have possessed, and which the neigh-
bors usually consider a favorable opportunity to appropriate.
(The intoxicant used was supposedly a nightshade/datura concoction)

This ceremony was carried out by the Powhatan indians of Virginia and documented by early colonists
