For all we know, it could have been an elaborate ruse. Everything. The murders could have been done by any number of people, but especially crazy ones. The "Helter Skelter" story sounds like a really dumb joke, even for a law enforcement narrative. I don't know why people think that has a shred of legitimacy.

well, the story was a feast for the media as the conservative majority of 1960s America feared the hippie revolt and the Manson trial media campaign effectively ended the movement as it was. Charles Manson and his friends were Easy Rider type motorcycle hippies living a life without possessions out in the desert. The movement tried to get away from that image and assimilated to conservative society. The official narrative has always been the same since the counter narrative never got big enough to challenge it.

When the combine Consul left City 17, the new Earth capital, to return to the borderworld and deal with the expedition of other Combine Advisors, the Overwatch was left in charge. Overwatch plundered resources, suppressed all civil society and liberties and then persecuted and massacred the resistance. Humanity was enslaved and prevented from procreation in an ultimate attempt to create a transhuman population palatable to the Combine. The Overwatch oppression and intolerance of Humans precipitated rebellion by the population of City 17. That's the thing though nobody knows what it could possibly go to. My grandpa is in Maryland and I live in FL so I can't look. Gramps said he checked every possible door, lock, and chest he still has from when he was alive. Believe me all my grandpa does is think about how he passed and has nothing better to do anymore, so if there was something he would have found it. My dad died when I was 4 im 18 now.

Help guys I'm freaking out, I just spotted a ufo in Dorset, England. I don't normally come here and I've never seen anything like this. This disc shaped thing appeared in the sky for a few seconds if that, I caught 2 photos before it disappeared. Has anybody got any logical explanation for this??? because I'm spooked.
