1) If it makes a really nice story, ask for the details. (Good science usually makes a bigger deal out of the evidence than it makes out of the story. 4) If the studies used to prove it are really old, or if there’s only a few of them, dig deeper. What sounds like a good idea when presented by it’s originator can turn out to be terrible when you talk to a few other people. Try to get a sense of what the bulk of evidence is saying.
5) If you’re told you can’t trust any other sources of information (especially because of Big Conspiracy), be cautious. Replication is a powerful tool. It helps us get past accidental and intentional biases to see something closer to the truth. Suppressing replication is also powerful, because it leaves you with no way to check against bias.

The day you die aliens will beam you out into a new body and depending on how well you lived your life you will be used in their war against the evil forces of the layers of dimensional hell.
There are multiple layers of dimensions that exist purely for hate and evil, they are constantly fighting to overpower the other higher levels and reign over all of reality.
The most precious resource in reality is the psyche, as physicists have discovered even on earth: depending on whether you look at a particle's speed or energy, it will either have one or the other. This means the psyche actually manifests a certain reality.
The aliens have long ascended into higher dimensions from more material dimensions but the fight continues everywhere. Even in very material dimensions such as ours the evil manifests in many weaker minds and corrupts.
The ultimate goal is to conquer all lower hell dimensions and purge them.
We can only hope to achieve this one day, the battle has raged on beyond time and space for all eternity, there is a balance of psyche in a way. Every lower psyche's death contributes more to the evil dimension than to the good.
One day in the future, when enough good warrior human minds have been warped over to the alien dimension the final onslaught will be ordered.
The final fight between good and evil, if evil were to win this the effects would spill over to all other dimensions and rip every living thing's mind apart.

I always had these vivid dreams where I fight for aliens, mostly killing demons with swords and saving innocents. I also had some dreams where I'm in some kind of military school. I often wondered what it was like to purify one's soul. What did that even mean? Do I have to practice introspection?(what is introspection anyway?) Do I have to self-reflect? On what?
Is it the accumulation of good deeds and the lessons of wrong ones?
I can write post after post about that simple topic of purifying one's soul, but in the end it wouldn't amount to much.
Yet, it was through this kind of mindset that I have come to know myself a little more each day. This has brought me from /x/ to /fit/, where I now make all kinds of physical gains.

here's the thing, I had a couple of very stressfull weeks (exams, projects etc) 4 days ago I went to sleep after these long weeks and something really scary happened when I woke up. I saw everything in a blueish way and couldn't move, or speak, when I tried to I heard myself kind of "hmmm", I tried to move again and almost fell out of bed, my heart was beating so fucking fast it took like 1 minute to go back to normal, been having these kind of problems since... any advice?

Here it goes /x/, so my dad had to do a job at this house and the interior of it was strange as fuck, here's the story:
>dad's a repairman(sort of, he only manages windows and doors)
>gets a new job from his boss
>gets there with his crew
>house is incredibly weird, by the entrance there were lots of swords/paintings and even a statue
>they think nothing of it, start their job
>several other weird things are in the house
>bunch of books in locked closet about occultism
>one room has a door that leads to a wall with a hourglass in the middle and the wall is painted in elements of the world, earth,water,sky,fire
>the weirdest one was a completely dark room that had an empty coffin inside and was surrounded by chairs(pic related) and desks in the front
