Is it just me or does anyone else have trouble with their computer/laptop/WiFi/phone with data/ etc. when they're trying to look up anything "paranormal/supernatural/conspiracy"? All my devices work very well and I have high speed internet and a great connection but anytime I want to do some digging or look things up, all my devices and or WiFi conveniently lag or crash. Maybe I'm just paranoid but this has been happening for years. It doesnt matter where I am, whether or not it's my device or personal network, as soon as I try and read about cryptid reports or whatever, all of a sudden my internet craps out. It's almost discouraging to even try.... Perhaps something or someone wants it that way? Thoughts? Am I crazy?

Can anyone here feel other peoples auras? Does this have anything to do with psychic powers? With an old friend it got to the point where I had to completely cut ties wit him because there was an over whelming sickness radiating off him, for a while I felt bad and even insane for cutting him off but recently I came across him again and I got that same overwhelming sick feeling so I knew that something was wrong. But what exactly does this mean? I can also feel different areas and places I go too, everything and everyone I come in contact with gives off a distinct vibe and sometimes it's overwhelming

First things first. I want to say how sorry I am. It was never meant to get like this, I just hope you can forgive me Sarah.
To anyone else reading this? I guess I should document what happened. So you can avoid it. I hope.
To start from the beginning, I was cleaning out the cellar at work. I work in a pub you see, not a particularly old pub but I guess that isn't the point.
Moving all the stock around to make room for the new delivery, I stumbled across an entrance to an unlit room adjacent the barrel lift. I think some of
the staff told me about it when I first started. The boss's toy room, they said. I had a light on my phone so I figured why not take a quick look? I was
sure my boss wouldn't mind. There was some cool stuff there; Paintball markers, remote control helicopters and a bunch of other "toys" you could want
after hitting puberty. No wonder they called it his toy room. I was surprised he didn't play with any of this stuff. It was coated in dust and cobwebs.
No spiders though, guess they don't like the smell of spirits. It was after I got to the end of the room when I saw it. The creepiest and most mind
warping thing I could imagine. Sleep depriving in fact! In the corner rest a cold, black, leathery Gimp mask. OK it isn't that scary to you, but if
you met the guy? To think he had a sex life would frighten you half to death. I decided not to try it on as I turned around to find Sarah inches away from
my face! Seriously? This girl's half hobbit. Sneaking around like she'd get a high score on Tenchu. I couldn't help but scream at her and fuck my life
did she scream back. The screaming turned into laughing after a moment though, once I realized how silly we were being. Then Sarah went into bitch mode
whining how "You shouldn't be here" and "You should go"
Helpful information, but I pointed out that she was in the boss's toy room too. At that moment we heard the door open. Sarah made the genius decision
to put her cold hand over my mouth and shush me. We could hear the foot steps come closer. Eventually the steps stopped, all I could hear was my own breathing.
It only took a few seconds for the foot steps to turn back and close the door after they went back upstairs. It also only took a few seconds for Sarah to
realize I was licking her hand. Sarah stressed that we should go back upstairs since we had been missing from the bar for so long.
I agreed and I went back upstairs... after snapping a pic of the gimp mask. Sarah didn't see that part though.
Wondering where the creepy part is yet? I know you're waiting for it. But truth be told it kinda already happened. I didn't notice it either when I was there
but looking back at it now, I realize. The smell of spirits? The cellar was well ventilated and air freshened every day. Does that keep away spiders? I don't know.
But there was definitely a smell of vodka. There was also a taste of vodka on Sarah's hand. I didn't know when I mentioned it Sarah, I really didn't.
I know you got fired because of me. The story matches up. They saw you go down stairs after me. The smell of vodka, when I tasted your hand. You called me a liar.
Sometimes I wish I was. Because I believe you now. I believe that you wasn't drinking on shift. Because of the cameras upstairs. They show you coming down to the cellar, Sarah. They show you coming up too. They also show you wearing those noisy ass shoes.

anyone else, just before they're about to fall asleep, experience an intense surge of what feels like electricity that courses through your entire body and jolts you awake, and your heart is beating so fast and you feel this intense sense of dread like youre going to die- or sometimes while your mid dream see and hear what looks like tv static and you feel awake but and your brain feels like it's numb and raw. like when you feel ants crawling over your skin when your arm falls asleep but in your brain. this happens to me all the time and im not sure what causes it. i was hospitalized once because the static came on and it jolted me awake and i felt like i was getting thrown in a million different directions and my brain felt so numb but i couldnt see anything but i could tell that i was walking and flailing my arms everywhere and when i came to i was in my bathroom- and if i let my mind wander i kept thinking that i was going to disappear and that i did something awful and that id never be the same again and that id be stuck like that. very long numbers scared me for some reason i associated the number one with being pure or correct or something and the numbers in the billions were evil and satanic and theyd cause me to disappear. i thought i had a seizure but the doctors didnt think it was a seizure just exhaustion but it happens so frequently

I dreamed about The Fable, and it seems that this wasn't my first time in there.
The Fable looks chaotic, it's like an impossibly big complex/city you're able to visit in your dreams, holds at least one copy of everything that has been or will be created by man, has an economy, staff, a very strict and unforgiving set of rules (wich for some reason I didn't bother to remember tonight) and it behaves very much like a game you'd see in a con or something like that.
To advance through it, you need to navigate your way around various levels (in which you could die at any given moment) or if you've cleared a "stage" you unlock the quick route and are allowed to skip all the levels you've cleared before.
I wish I had seen some levels tonight, but apparently I've been there with my friends before and we cleared a lot of it, I saw staff and some things that I wasn't allowed to take, for only what is found in levels or at Neutral Ground belongs to you.
Some of the rules I Do remember:
-If you are given something by another person you HAVE to give something back immediately. Failure to do so appears to bring consequences bad enough to scare even the staff.
-All knowledge is obtainable, but if it's strictly forbidden to gain complete knowledge. That is to say, for example, if you were reading a book, you shouldn't read the last page; or watch the last episode of a series or the last minutes of a movie. Failure to abide by this rule means instantly being kicked out of TF and possibly getting banned for a long time.
-Neutral Ground is any place that is not a level o a quick route, other people can kill you there and anything goes (the knowledge rule is still in place tho, in my dream I saw someone dissolve because he read an entire book in NG) there are however different levels of danger while in the NG, so it's uncommon to se people offing each other in a library or a resting space.
If any of this sounds familiar, do tell. I don't think I'm the only "real person" in TF.

So i've seen a lot of dream thread's and i know some of you call them bullshit or fever dreams and so i have thought as well but i do have one dream that stands out from any other. Some years ago i became an orphan and after this i had many nightmares about my family, my mother in particular. I would be in my old apartment where i used to live and got to see her again but it was different, she was different somehow and the dream's felt real as fuck but i got to the conclusion i was missing her and of that dreamt about her. Then the nightmares got worse, not like more frequent but more sinister/spooky. This particular dream i remember that was the most terrifying is the one i want some help with. I don't remember everything but this is what remember.

So, something weird happened to me last night and this seems the best place to ask around.
Have any of you ever seen blurs zoom past places?
Like, from the corner of your eyes you swore you saw movement where there shouldn't be any?
Last night I couldn't sleep so I just laid in bed waiting for sleep to come, turning around from time to time, not the first time it happened, so it was fine.
Now, my bed is placed against the wall in my bedroom so when I turn I'm either facing the wall or looking at the door, which I left open, giving me a nice view of the well-lit hallway and that's when I saw it; right after turning to face the door, a small brown blur, low to the floor, went from left to right.
As fast as it appeared it was gone.
I was pretty weirded out, I know I saw something or at least I believe I did, so I went around the house and obviously saw nothing else, checked the time and it was 2 A.M, not exact but I don't really pay extra attention to the minutes.
I was on edge the rest of the night until I fell asleep.
This wasn't the first time I saw something dart around doors as fast as they appeared. It's incredibly freaky and I'd like to know if any of you /x/philes know anything about this or experienced the same.
