Is it the one up on Paterson hill? Careful, the families up there are tight knit (I get invited to some of their parties) and they get extremely mad when people mess with the graves there. They've had headstones stolen, or kids knock them over, and those are some people's great great grandfathers, uncles, nephews, you name it.
I've never been to it myself, but they've told me a couple stories focused on scaring kids out there.

I think it can be done. Hollywood is scared of female leads so it is unlikely to be seen in a major film. On feminity well its a tough gamble I don't think it should be central to her character but neither ignored. Any sex appeal will probably kill fear potencially generated. She should be at least slightly repulsive if not being an outwright hag. Human or supernatural?
