Hey everyone, a week or so ago someone made a thread about trying to find the Columbine "Basement Tapes". I'm not that guy, but the thread made me curious. I've spent the last few days reading up on the events and just getting some background info on what happened. I'm becoming pretty interested in the whole case and I'm not sure why. It was awful and completely heinous, but at the same time I can't help but put myself in the shoes of Dylan or Eric and try to figure out why they did what they did.
As others have pointed out, they weren't necessarily treated horribly, they were outsiders but many other kids have been bullied worse and haven't snapped like that.
I found a pretty interesting site that I'm sure most people have seen:
http://www.acolumbinesite.com/sitemap.html
And it's got a lot of interesting documentation and info about the whole attack. There are autopsy reports of both Dylan and Eric, and one thing I found that was interesting is only Eric was taking an SSRI. I assumed that they were both on meds, so this pokes a few holes in the theory that SSRIs caused their rampage.
But I'm sure you all know this stuff, so back to the thing we don't know about: "The Basement Tapes". Transcripts exist and can be found online, but no footage has ever been leaked or released. I find this strange, considering how much press the attack received. Hell, we have the boys' "Hitmen for Hire" video, as well as a video of them shooting out in the woods.
In the next couple posts I'll show some scans of a document containing an evidence list that was displayed publically in 2004. I think it may shed some light on the existence (or lack thereof) of the basement tape footage.
This can also be a general Columbine thread. I'd like to hear any input on anything about the Columbine shooting. Like I said I saw the other thread and have been strangely fascinated by the whole event for the past couple days due to it.
its hidden by the CIA in the dulce base storage closet bruh

I'm intrigued OP.
Gimmie mour.
I'd assume you're <25 like myself so we weren't really aware when this took place?
>>17360635
There's a link on the sitemap, which goes to a general evidence unveiling held in 2004. There are quite a few pictures which show just how devious the boys' plot was. Thousands of bullets, dozens of bombs, knives, gear, etc. It's incredible to see their weaponry and realize how much worse the carnage could have been. There's a quote on the wikipedia page for the attack by a student, in the library I believe, who said he/she overheard the boys say something akin to "shooting people is boring". This quote has stuck with me for a while because it paints the events in a strange light, but we can discuss that later.
Back to the webpage. This link:
http://www.acolumbinesite.com/evidence.html
Gives an overview of the evidence presentation. The first paragraph is also interesting, though I'm not sure if he's just talking about general footage (news stories and the like) or possibly footage found in the homes of the boys.
>I did make it out to the Columbine display last Thursday (and had more cameras in my face than I've ever seen at any non-prom-related function). While we waited in line to sign in, there was a table full of fact sheets (one for the videotapes, Sheriff Ted Mink's speech to the press and a printout of where people can obtain copies of the various tapes and reports that have been released) and HUGE evidence lists [see links at top]. The list has every piece of evidence, although some are only identified by their numbers rather than a description (this was the case for items that were returned to families).
The picture attached is the first page of the evidence. On the right most column we see that much of it was "Returned to Owner". I'm not 100% sure, but I assume that this means returned to the parents of the boys. Unless it possibly means that the evidence was simply returned to the state which now owns the items. If anyone could clear that up I'd appreciate it.
can /x/ please xplain this?

Pretty funny story actually. They had the live broadcast on we're waiting for them to come back from the other side of the moon. While on the back side they herd erie music coming from the the ships air attenuating from a signal it wast in there headsets. It sounded like metal bending.
Vampirism is, unfortunately, a topic that is being taken less and less seriously because of the individuals who have commandeered the term for themselves.
They call themselves sanguinarians, and have molded the definition to fit what they are. Weak, mortal, no super powers, no agelessness. Basically human outcasts who like to play pretend and have a blood fetish, though they claim the occasional teaspoon of blood makes them feel better/healthier/more powerful.
This community sprung out of the role playing scene in the early 90's, when Vampire The Masquerade was released.
Now, what is interesting, is the idea of the whole thing being orchestrated by real vampires. Real, real vampires. This is a rumor/conspiracy theory that has, as far as I can tell, been around since the start.
There are those who think that this game was pushed out, one way or another, through human intermediaries, that way they could move about and socialize more comfortably. Allegedly using real, though veiled, vampire history, that way it would easily grab the attention of other real vampires.
It's certainly an interesting idea. And if it were real, it would be the perfect way to do it. "Hey guys, let's take the game a bit further tonight." Take a little nibble from each person, they each had fun living out a fantasy, the covert vampire would have taken care of his needs, and everyone walks away happy.
Also, if the vampire let a human have a taste, and then that human let other humans drink from him, this (in theory) would create a sort of "halfling" bloodline of infected individuals. And these individuals would have slight symptoms of vampirism, including a "legitimate" need for blood, and would then be a step above the other sanguinarians who were just pretending.
Now, where did these rumors come from? The creators? To sell more books? I doubt it. It most likely started when some lonely gas station attendant realized he could dress up like a vampire, act mysterious, lie (either about being a real vampire or about having drank from a real vampire), and then just ride the never ending pussy train of young, naive, vampire groupies.
I've heard a handful of rumors about encounters with real vampires. Most that I have heard though have had some element of the VTM role playing game woven into it. At best, you get some fifth hand account of a story some guy heard from some girl he knew from the internet about how her brother met a real vampire.
What do you think?
Go on.
>>17392211
Vampire role playing is so huge, and the kinds of people the vampire mythology attracts are so gullible and fantasy driven, that you really can't trust any story you hear. Anything past the 1990s, anything from the internet age, is tainted, in my opinion.
There's definitely a lot of people that attempt to identify themselves with some aspect of the supernatural in an effort to feel more unique. And, of course, there are those who will prey on that insecurity.
But the idea that the whole thing got orchestrated by real vampires seems fascinating.
I have good reason to believe a friend of mine is possessed and i wish to perform an exorcism.
Any advice
Contact a Catholic Priest as they are the only ones able to handle this situation properly since they are the only official members of Gods one true Church and he will point you in the right direction. Most likely you'll end up talking to a Bishop or an ArchBishop. Where do you live?

She got involved in magic about a year and a half ago. Shortly after that she developed depression and started shutting down. I was worried about her but she said she was fine.
She started changing not long after that. She was a lively, nice, smart, caring girl but she started becoming really mean to people, even to the point of enjoying seeing them in pain. She also developed an aversion to religious objects
I only began to suspect possession after she said, and i quote "don't trifle with me boy, you have no idea who i am" now i am an empath and when she said that it was like the air around me became heavy, and it was hard even breathe. My hands and knees started to shake and i became afraid, like really afraid.
I have a very strong spiritual presence and i really believe i can do it myself.
After reading this, i havent been able to sleep without the lights on.

So, I live in the southwest US. alien and skinwalker rumors everywhere, all manner of crazy shit.
and well, here's what i saw.
>be me, 15 at the time
>in boy scouts, on a camping trip
>down in the deep desert, honestly a shithole of a campground, but I need the certs
>we go on this hike thing, which is more like a ruck march
>be in the back, designated straggler catcher
>as such, only have a walkie talkie to communicate with the head end of our little trip
here's where the fun happens
>this sound comes on the walkie, i can bet describe it as the buzzing of a bee combined with the sound of a squeaking engine belt
>call up to scoutmaster, ask if they're getting the interference
>nope
>take the battery out, put it back in, same sound
>fuck with the channels, all have the same sound
>while i'm doing this, i don't realize but i'm straying from the group, further and further
>end up in this pit with rocks, like an old quarry
>still hearing the same fucking sound
>considerably spooked at this point
>call out (like a retard) to see what the hell is making that sound
>nothing
>start my way into the pit, hit my ankle on something, fuck it up bad
>roll down into the pit, can't walk worth a shit
>sky starts getting bad, it's gonna rain, and in the desert, that means floods and floods are bad
>see this submarine hatch thing in the sand, crawl over to it
>pop that fucker open and proceed to fall in, at this point fueled by fear of death
>the hatch closes itself again
>holy shit, this can't be real
>it's a fucking nuke silo, old cold war shit and all
>keep going, to the crew quarters. everything is left like it was the 60s, as if the crew had just fucked off and left everything
>ankle starts feeling okay, try to hobble down the halls
>see something move, in the corner of my eye
>call out for help
>follow it
yes I know I broke all the paranormal rules, but i was a retard in pain
cont.
>end up in the launch duct, pic related in the OP
>no missile, of course
>but, there's what I can best describe as about 200 bear-pigs
>imagine a bear, with massive tusks like a boar, and the weird skin that they have, in place of fur
>wtf like all hell, proceed to hobble-run my way back to the hatch
>get out of it, back in the pit. fuck.
>still terrible weather, I gotta get out of here
>run, despite the pain
>work my way back to the trailhead
>group finds me, I get improvised-strechered back to the campsite
>first aid person splints my leg, asks what happened
>tell them
>scoutmaster comes over, says that I never called them on the walkie
>i tell them the rest
>scoutmaster says that i'd been gone for over 3 hours and that a police chopper was coming by the time they found me
>it felt like 30 minutes, at most
>still have no idea what in the seven hells happened
any ideas?
>>17384190
sorry for 2 posts in a row, but i forgot a few things.
1. this is my first /x/ thread. if I broke any unspoken rules, my apologies.
2. the bear-pigs were only the size of black bears - they we're giant. however, they were crawling up the walls, like spiders or roaches.
I was just in such a hurry to get the posts out I forgot that stuff.
I really need theories on what I saw, it still fucking freaks me out, knowing those are somewhere in the desert.
OP, please do give info as to where the HELL you even were in the U.S.
Also, bump because I am quite interested.
I had a dream 10 days ago that my dog died and four hours ago he passed away. Have you ever had something like this happen?
>>17379953
I had a dream that I was in the hospital and this guy next to me said that he was going to the club. Seemed like a weird dream since I was in a hospital.
Well, sure enough, I ended up in the hospital and the guy next me was just like in the dream and he said the same thing, that he is going to the club.
Weird coincidence. (no such thing)
I had a dream of my girlfriend cheating on me
Turns out she was cheating on me

Sorry for your loss, what happened to your dog in your dream, and what happened in real life?
Doing readings tonight. As of tonight I'll only be doing readings using my medieval woodcut tarot deck. If you want a different deck, runes, I Ching, etc., then email [email protected] and I'll get to your readings tomorrow or something. Or if you feel that you have a question that you feel would require multiple readings (due to questions arising from the answer as opposed to just looking for a single answer).
I don't need any information aside from your question. I don't need to know your gender, age, astrology sign, your pet goldfish's name, nothing. It's irrelevant and just wastes time because nobody reads that shit anyway. With that said, let's do this.

How would the earth work if it was flat? I'm not saying it is. It obviously isn't.
But if it was what difference would it make? Would we be able to fall off the planet? What about gravity?
>>17385190
It would be endless. Think SCP space expansion endless.
A huge part of the flat-earth "theory" (it feels wrong to even call it that in quotations) is a conspiracy to cover it up, therefore believing that conventional science and logic are part of that conspiracy. It's really a "you can't prove me wrong, so I'm right" mentality. Or, really, a "you can't say anything that I won't reject, so I'm right".
>>17385202
Conventional science and logic aren't wrong, they're just misplaced.

I'm really surprised that there's never been a movie about it. it has all the great hallmarks of an interesting story
and by "historical mysteries" I meant shit that's larger than shit like Hinterkaifeck and the Dyatlov Pass incident, but if that's what this thread's gonna turn into then that's fine by me
