Hey /x/ something weird is happening at home and I need your help. Sorry for my english I now it's not good.
I live in 4th floor in Mexico City, I have been living here for several years, always weird noises, things falling down with no reason and voices, everything was weird but It was okay, nothing to really be worried.
By the time, at 3am, something knocks the door and wakes me up, but It was okay I mean, you can find tons of explanations.
The last three days i woke up in the morning, feeling weird and with the bed wet, I checked and it wasn't me, I didn't pee on bed cause my genital zone and my clothes were dry, but my bed was like wet It was like water and it was just the mattress.
It was kind of OKAY, but yesterday I had tons of nightmares and I woke up at 3am again, feeling weird and feeling being watched but everything was fine, no water this time, but then I looked to the window and It was opened and with the curtains openend and holded from outside, like if someone was pulling the curtains from the flat above. And then I had this feeling of just jumping thru the window, like It was fine, like if I was going to be okay just jumping from the 4th floor.
Please, help me /x/, I don't know what is going to happen if it happens again.

So today at the book store there was this creepy little White girl and the whole experience seemed really odd. I'd like any of you guys' thoughts on this because I like to go to this bookstore and might run into these people again. So here's what happened:

Can someone on /x/ explain what tantra is? Whenever I do research I get a bunch of westernization bastardized version of tantra and they associate it with kama sutra positions to sell it for money because sex sells. I know for a fact is this is not what tantra is. I've read vajrayana buddhist articles on tantra but I'm only familiar with mahayana and theravada buddhism and vajryana buddhism seems bizzare and esoteric that it makes it difficult to grasp the core concept of it.
Is tantra a form of sexual alchemy/transmutation? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it has to do with reaching the point of climax, but instead of spilling the semen out, you transmute the fluid and transfer it to other parts of your body ie energy centers.

i know this isnt really paranormal, but i figure this might be a good place to ask
does anyone know of any natural alternatives (herbs, vitamins, supplements, lifestyle changes etc) to antipsychotic medication. im likely to be prescribed them because im on the schizophrenic spectrum but ive heard really shitty stuff about the side effects and i dont feel that "crazy" to where i'd really need them because i mostly just keep my psychotic stuff to myself and dont bother anyone about it.
basically, ive dealt with it for 11 years without medication so i dont see why i should start now when im not as bad as some others
mostly just looking for something to lessen paranoia if possible and have a generally clearer head
(dont say meditation though because it usually just makes psychotic stuff worse for me and exercise is kind of a given)
Can't compare to medication because i've never been on any, but exercise and sunlight do wonders, and you just need like 15 mins of sunlight or exercise a day. It's not good for our brain chemistries to be sedentary and out of the sun. We evolved to be very active during the day.

I believe this guy. The thing is, he's not out to prove, that's not his goal if you listen to him to long enough. He doesn't need followers or converted. THAT'S NOT WHAT HE DOES. PERIOD.
He provides a point of view, and you can share it, if you want. That point is very neutral. You can't prove what he does or disprove him.
That said, they don't use a language anymore, but he did drop a few words in his "ancient language". Telepathy is too intrusive, he says our higher minds are perfectly cable of directing you wherever you need to go without "mind attack". UFOs are only shown to people when it is relevant to them.
