Okay here'so my story.
I was meditating the other day, and for the first time in my life I felt this amazing feeling.
After a good amount of time just focusing on the sensation of my breath and slowing my thoughts, I drifted into weird state where I could feel my body vibrating(?), and my limbs felt somewhat numb.
My vision with my eyes closed turned from dark to a very light bluish white and surrounded my entire sight.
After only being able to maintain this for about 10 seconds I opened my eyes, and my heart was beating real fast, and I felt this amazing rush all throughout my body.
I had never experienced anything like this before, I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience?
Yeah it's pretty common, I'm no expert but I think it is your mind becoming aware of your mind, or something like that.

Great question, I broke up with my significant other of three years and 2 and a half years ago. It was really hard on me, and what made it even worse was what my mother was doing. I was being forced to listen to essentially the audio of a porno with my ex and basically all of my friends. I ended up unfriending pretty much everyone I knew, now I'm friendless.This was just the beginning, the fact the I didn't end my life was nothing short of a miracle. In addition to voices, I was also seeing visions, I was being forced to watch my other x, whom I was in love with, have sex with other men. Then I start talking to what i assumed to be, spirits. I would have conversations with musicians and actors via music and movies, and I was hearing voices in general. At first they were nice, but then they got really cruel. So cruel that they were telling me to kill myself non stop for a really long time. This only stopped once I discovered the nazar, which is a tool to ward off the evil eye. It was essentially functioning as a silence spell.I was being evil eye'd by everyone I came into contact with, I found my way to a store in my town with smudging sticks and stumbled across the nazar there. I used the nazar to silence crickets that were telling me to kill myself over and over again just hoping something would work, and it did. This was when I first came to realize magic was real. My father was once told by his father that there was some really dark secret in their families past that he should never try and find out, so naturally my dad spent years doing genealogy trying to figure it out but never did.
Ok, this is my first time here, i hope you guys believe me because i've tried to find help literally everywhere, and i can't seem to find anyone that believes in me! I've tried to call the authorities, my family, my friends and none of them believe me and i'm afraid some might think i'm insane.
Ok the thing is, from last week onwards i've been constantly disturbed by what seems to be a race of alien beings, they appear to be 9 feet tall and use long, colorful robes, their faces are the works of the devil himslef, they look like noses with eyes where the nostrils should've been, their arms look like long, stretched tongues (or maybe slugs, idk) and they wave them incessantly at me, sometimes even touching me with those nasty things, they wear long colorfull robes and hats and sustain themselves on the weight of only one leg, idk if i remember correctly but it almost looks like...a finger, i'll show them in more detail when i show you the sketches, i've sketched them and their bizarre, dolphin shaped ships, as i didn't have a camera and couldn't photograph them, and i don't know if they messed up with my memories but this is how i remember them:

That dolphin like thing with large, nipple like "helicopter propeller" appendages is their ship, they use it to flutter around swiftly into the night and they'd often bring me into it for ...i don't know.. whatever reason they needed me, then they'd hit me with their arms repeatedly, tough they'd always deliver me home on the next day.
I don't know what they are or what they want but they seem evil, lease help! tell me of any way i could escape from them, i don't wanna be taken to their ship anymore!!

It was a shared impossible memory.
My cousin and I were 5-7 ish.

It was night time. Around the side of the house my dad and such were talking about cars. Like literally 20 feet away.
We were running around in the house, and we went out the back door. Then we saw a shadow of a man holding a beer in the back yard. Like five feet away. We stopped dead.
It was like 7-8 pm.
Even if it was pitch black, the back door was open. We should have seen the guy clearly, but nope. Silhouette. Barely visible.
We just continued staring. It's all we could really do, we were little. We stared for what seemed like forever when suddenly the shadow twitched slightly.
And his head burst in half. And out of it came a bunch of more silhouettes. About 30-40 of them. They just stared back at us. I have no idea to this day for how long we stared. All I know is we ran away to where my dad was. We told him what we collectively saw, and dragged to the EMPTY backyard.
I asked my cousin, in private about it years later. She remembers everything.
