After encountering a coyote out in the wild, and doing some research, I've come to the conclusion that I strongly identify with the coyote, although I wouldn't call it my spirit animal. We're both lanky big-eared weirdos who mostly keep to themselves and live on the fringes on society.
So I'm curious, is there any good fiction in the form of books, movies/TV shows, or short stories that feature a coyote-like protagonist? I know the main character from Nightcrawler was based on a coyote, so I'm interested in stuff like that.
Coyote Blue by Christopher Moore features the trickster god himself as one of the main characters. An Hilarious and clever novel, like all of this author's books.

I drew a picture (here) of this creature which has now visited my lawn 3 times since October, at 2 am every time. I always awaken to a sharp pain in my side and am drawn out to the front porch where I see him/her kicking a glowing ball around, snorting what sounds like "Fenlore" over and over until I black out and wake up at my parents house 60 miles away.
Does anyone know what this is? I live on the coast (Florida panhandle) but I don't think it is marine life...

I am planning to go on a journey to find any leftover relics of the past that might carry powers or magicks within them. The Shield of Achilles is one. I am posting here to hear about others' experiences with such relics and to find out if anybody has any advice about locating them and/or handling them. Small things ran around in my bedroom years back and now i want some answers. I´m thinking of gnomes or some kind of goblin or atleast something paranorrmal when i look back at that night but didnt get good look at them but they was atleast of that size of a gnome. I've come to realize that the scariest thing for me is learning about crimes committed near me.
We just learned about a serial rape case on our campus/in our college town (Ohio University).
It makes me feel weird going to/from classes as the most recent one was December 2015.

Probably could easily find someone who lives there, will most likely live there next year or at least close by.
Definitely get a haunting vibe in certain areas, had a double to myself for a while and pulled in a friend due to panic attacks from being in my room alone.
