Alright, so, today i did my first session of 1 hour, to create a Tulpa. But i had some of problems, because i couldn't imagine cleary the form of my tulpa. I had difficulties in concentrating as well, i started daydreaming with closed eyes about random stuff for a bunch of times and i was wondering what can i do to concentrate more and if you guys can give me some tips. So normally what happens is before before I go sleep (typically when im very tired which is often) and im lying in bed relaxing not trying to really think about anything. At this time a few things can happen for me. As i go through the door im looking at it as i pass through. The door glew on the inside dimly pulsing with an orange/ yellow light. When my vision went through the door i kept looking at the door and at where my body should be( there was nothing where my body should have been, thats why i said think about the hands.) and the door was still glowing. Also, here is a picture of what I thought as a child this apparition resembled (or perhaps was?). I know it's silly, but I think somehow the high collar made me associate the two.

Talking to people you can sometimes "feel"[*] what they're thinking/feeling. almost like grazing their intentions. furthermore, given the situation, whether I know the person well of not i can still predict they action they're most likely to take because what they're going through translates as an obscure thought in my head, I then have to figure out what context the thought is in, because people think in different patterns.
