Ey /x/, I'm pretty much looking for some advice on something.
So very soon I'll be exploring a nearby abandoned mental asylum, alone. I've never done anything like this before either. I've decided to straight up do this out of nowhere.
I'd like to also add that I'm not a skeptic but I don't believe everything I hear. I'm usually just unsure about most things, like ghosts for example. I have no idea if those fuckers are real or not. I'm not too much of a pussy either, unless I'm in the dark then fuck that shit. But I'm braving it out for this mini trek.
So, I'm just wondering. What should I expect, is it safe to go alone and what could i encounter?
It's also worth mentioning that this place is really sealed off, nobody goes there really. And it's been abandoned for way over 50 years, it's over a century old too.

I'm researching about meditation and consciousness and how it can affect ones life.
Are there any habits I can include in my daily activities to improve myself in terms of "spirtuality" as in "raising my vibration", calming my mind, better dream recall,altered states of consciousness etc?
I meditate half an hour every day but I feel that's not enough yet,also I try to incorporate more vegetables to my diet for body cleansing effects.
The answer is pretty much everything a reasonable adult told you when you were a kid. Don't so drugs, don't drink, exercise, eat healthy, don't smoke, go to school, do your homework, etc. They were always right. It's mainly common sense bruh.
Water is key, drink lots of it. Cardio is important; at least twenty minutes a day to calm the mind.

I see tons of threads about gnosticism, luciferianism, witchcraft, and other regionally limited beliefs (that is, the entities, beliefs of these views change from region to region); What are the common threads between all these religions?

Hey anons, yesterday I was happily lurking in this thread on /x/ where somebody had posted scrambled yt videos of a river and still of a kid along with garbled noise and a numbers station vibe.
One video was of an animatronic band in a chuck-e-cheeses and some others hinted 'he's in the river' and apparently they made out this kid called DeeOr Jay Kunz that's been missing in Pennsylvania for a while.
The yt account that posted the videos is now deleted. Did it turn out to be anything?
