I had a dream last night (this morning?) that's terrifying. Ever had a voice in your head that's told you not to do something, but you did it anyway? This is some next level shit like that.
In my dream, it was all white, except a figure in the distance. I walked for what seemed like an eternity, until I saw the figure's face. This sounds really fucking corny, but it was ME! Every little detail and scar and acne blemishes and EVERYTHING was there! I asked him who he (it?) was, and in my own voice it said " I'm you. Well, every negative aspect of you, anyway."
This was tense. A sly smile was the only expression I saw. He told me things... REMINDED me of things I've done. I don't know what to make of this; it's like it was the embodiment of every negative emotion I've ever experienced.
If I end up in hell, that fucker is there waiting for me.

Ever since the age of 14-15 i've seen unexplainable things. Things like moving object, lights/burning lights going on and off and what some might call ghosts. I've always been a sceptic, not jumping to conclusions or try to play. I'm healthy and got no mental disorders. My mom is a believer of ghosts and spirit but have never seen anything herself, we always argue and debate. Never told ANYONE of my experiences, until a few months ago.

Last night I think I had a half-lucid dream, if that exists. In the middle of the dream, I realized I was dreaming, but couldn't change the dream. It was almost like watching a movie in first person, constantly knowing I was asleep. Does anyone know what the fuck happened?

lucid dream does not necessarily mean you can control what you are dreaming.
only that you are self-aware.

I have those all the time, as well as other times where I can sorta control things, but it feels like something is fighting back against my control.
It's all in your mind. Not just the dream, but everything.
When I was young, my father brought me to his office quite often. Sometimes it would get pretty late before he had finished his work, and his cleaning guy (and his some, sometimes) came in before we left. Now he was a super nice guy and got along with my Dad very well, but the first time I ever met him (I was probably 4 or 5 around this time) I shook his hand, he looked up to my Dad looking astonished, and said "This boy's got the gift!". Both my father and this man are pretty strong Christians (pretty sure he was a pastor), and I would consider myself one at this point as well (I'm 18 now). /x/, all I have to ask you tonight is: what did he mean by this?

Some other potentially relevant info: I'm the 3rd (and last) child in my family, Scorpio (November), and my birth was technically not supposed to physically be possible. Let me explain. After my middle sister was born, my mother was told by the doctor that she wouldn't be able to hold another baby and if she got pregnant, the baby would essentially *fall out*. Despite this, I was a healthy birth and was described by the doctor as a "Divine Cerclage". Don't know if that holds any relevance, just thought it'd be interesting and would like to see if anybody more in tune with the spiritual realm has any more significant insight than I.

Since I have nothing better to do this Friday night, might as well share one more "experience".
Shortly after my mother passed, I was coming home from the grocery store with my father (I was around 11 at this time) and as we were both setting bags on the counter, I looked down and felt a really, REALLY strange *shift*. My legs felt like they were pulled two separate directions, but at the same time they felt stationary. It was almost as though something had come between my father and I and made time stop for a second, bending everything around it. I know that sounds odd, but I can't really put into words just how strange this feeling was. The most unsettling part about this was, when I asked my dad if he felt anything, he looked at me with a shocked expression and said "You felt that too?". Apparently, he thought he had some sort of brain-lapse (or something of that nature) and wasn't going to tell me he had felt anything since he thought it was just him.
Both of us felt the exact same sensation at the exact same moment, and never again felt anything similar.
I drew an extremely detailed rendition of what it was like, if anyone cares.
I convinced my friend that there is an actual Cult of Cthulhu deep within the Louisiana bayou. Should I be ashamed or proud of myself?

The Statement of Randolph Carter was always my favourite. First horror story i read. From Beyond is a close second. My mum recommended him to me when i started getting into reading. 10 years later and this book is still the one that gives me most pleasure to look at in the home library (other than the Nat Geos)

I can attest to this. I smoked weed pretty much everyday while I was in college and it wasn't until I stopped smoking that I started dreaming again. I mean like really lucid dreams. I liked it so much that even four years after college I hesitate to smoke. Also, taking magnesium pills helps amp up the realness of my dreams. Taking zma pills helps too. I would highly suggest you try it out. They're just minerals that the body already requires so there is no harm in taking them. 250mg whole be enough. I take up to 500mg, but that's just me.
This probably doesn't belong here, but I don't know of a better place for this.
The other day, I found out that a kid committed suicide from my major in college. It's a small enough program (50-60 kids), but it was big enough for him to not get noticed as he usually kept to himself.
He never seemed like a weird/shy/quiet guy, though, just a normal kid. I think what is so surprising about this, is that the faculty were able to keep it a secret from all of the students for almost 2 months, and the majority still don't know.
I am an empath, so I can usually sense pain very acutely, so something truly does not seem right to me about this.
I am wondering: what has been your experience(s) with suicide?
My grandpa killed himself after an operation in Hospital. He ripped of his fresh scar...
I cant imagine why people kills himself...
