I have no detailed stories to contribute, but this kind of freaks me out as well. For a few months when my daughter was about two years old, she scratched out all the eyes in her coloring books and dolls with either black or red crayons. She would ignore me if I asked her about it. She stopped doing this as abruptly as she started.

I do have a purpose, and yes I do find the concept interesting. I want to explore their motives and kind of humanize them when they have been subject to being exaples of psychopaths by the people who remember them. I want to write a play that explores how the media themselves not only immortalize these people but also create them without trying to make it sound pretentious or preachy.

My initial reaction is confusion. I don't even feel scared, I'm just fucking confused. I love Ghost Adventures, too. I like their lockdown approach. Other shows seem to have too many people going in and out of the site they're investigating. And some of the instruments they use are interesting, like the SLS camera with the Kinex system. Some of the things from that camera are pretty interesting. But to be honest, I watch it mainly for the entertainment value ("Dude, Bro...WTF was that?"). The Domes episode was interesting. That was a pretty freaky photo that they took.
