Hey /x/ long time no see. This is a video of Bill Clinton cockeyed and zombified for over 2 minutes while a woman wipes down his face. It was recorded in 1992, he appears to be on a television set which would fit with the nature/title of the video.

For those who don't know, "chip - chan" is an unidentified korean woman who apparently claims she is being held captive by a corrupt cop called "P", and cannot leave her house due to an implanted "verichip" in her ankle.
What makes this case interesting is that the woman has had a 24/7 livestream of her life publically available for many years, and is completely aware of it.
She seems to spend a majority of her time sleeping and rarely, if ever leaves the house.
Can anyone translate the attached picture? (A screenshot from her livestream)
