This has been on my basement wall since we bought the house in 1988, same year I was born. Growing up I was always terrified of our basement and when I'd go up the stairs I always felt someone was right behind me.

I live in Mokena, Il. "Mokena" is Native American for mud turtle. Stupid I know but when building the town they must have dug into some sort of burial grounds somewhere.

Now I'm not really a beleiber in ghosts or anything, but does pic related not look like a Native American?

What does /x/ know about the Cult of Siduri?

http://leekyforums.com/thread/3067423/politics/cult-on-leeky-forums.html

Apparently its a cult/troll collective touting the flat earth theory wrapped in pseudo-sumerian lore and mythology that worships the goddess of beer and wine, Siduri.
Now this is /x/, so thats vanilla as fucking wafers, but where this gets a little odd is the small army of facebook/twitter/reddit spambots that a member of the cult named Jim Siduri/Jim Braum is using in his personal war against NASA, who he claims is owned by satan. Following links from his facebook ends in one page .web addresses and fake throwaway blog pages for strange chemical companies and "distributors" that dont exist, and the contacts sections all feature names and emails that can be linked back to spambots on his facebook.
Anon did some digging back in the day and thinks that the guy has connections to UCLA and LizardSquad based on some posts he put on twitter then quickly deleted, and that his weird website had been monitored by the feds for one reason or another. All links can be found in the linked thread above, as Im lazy. Does /x/ have anything else on these people?

Not sure if this is the right board.

Did it ever occur to you that people without a major in linguistics, that is 99.999% of all humans, don't actually talk, but simply repeat what others have said as the supposed talkers don't even know their language but just consciously and subconsciously copy & paste phrases they've heard elsewhere?

No, it's interesting to look at the world like that.
It puts most human utterances in a much more mundane perspective. I think I'm going to look at people like that from now on, including myself.

What does /x/ think of the Force? Is is truly a metaphysical entity, with millions of mitochondria that live inside of us? That is, only if we have the Force within us.

I've met some seriously dedicated Australians that believe in the Force.

Recently I found out about several cases of human mutilated corpses discovered in the wild. The wounds they present are similar to the ones found in the cases of mutilated cattle all around the world. Did some basic research and found a couple of videos where some supposedly former agents working for UK and US security agencies revealed that there's a weapon system that can shoot down UFOs which are then recovered by special teams. In one of these videos is stated that inside one of the crashed ships they found several human corpses with same kind of wounds.
Any thoughts or comments about this subject!?

I think all the mutilation is done by other people, which is far scarier IMHO.
>>
>>17095227
I truly believe there's such a weapon system. There's a well known video from space shuttle mission STS-48 where we can see several UFO's above earth and suddenly there's a flash and moments latter we see some kind of beam (plasma or laser) coming from earth and passing very close to one of the UFO which moved to avoid being hit.

What's the reason as to why salt/silver/cold iron ward off supernatural beings? Are there any other substances that fend off the supernatural?

Silver has antibacterial properties, which when coupled with a dearth of scientific knowledge and no germ theory could conceivably lead ancient civilizations to ascribe supernatural qualities to it.

No idea about salt and cold iron.

Is it typical for children to get up in the middle of the night and hide away in the most unexpected places? I remember being younger and doing this, even sent my parents into a panic to the point that they filed a police report once, thinking I had been abducted out of the house or something.

I remember doing it because there was something pleasant about that particular place in the home. It went on for months, and I did it almost absentmindedly. Like I was pulled there, but it wasn't a bad thing, apart from that I never slept until I was forced back upstairs. I just stayed down there and stared out from the spot otherwise.

It only stopped once my parents moved us elsewhere, and in retrospect, I think it was because this was happening on a nightly basis. I was told to stop, but I'd always end up in the same spot night after night anyway. As I said, I was doing this almost absentmindedly, or rather, it's just something that you do, like breathing. It was essential that I be there every night.

I don't remember much apart from that, which is weird. I can't think of a reason. It was basically hypnotic.

Lol, what? I wasn't posting this to be a 'special snowflake', I was seriously wondering if this usual for children and if so, if there is a reason children are so odd.

So fuck right on off, faggot. It's a genuine inquiry with some background.
>>
I'm pretty sure children are more prone to night terrors and possibly sleepwalking as well. This is the most likely explanation, though it is weird that it stopped once you moved. How long did you live in the first house and how old were you when you moved?

Former head of FBI, Ted Gunderson, exposed the deep and insidious corruption of the FBI and their ties with the Illuminati.

Dark matter radio is collapsing. So what can I subscribe to or find to listen to? Is "caravan to midnight" any good? Where can I get episodes (without subscription)?

Also podcast / paranormal radio general I suppose.

>Mysterious Universe
Cheeky aussie cunts make fun of paranormal stuff but also discuss it seriously from time to time.

>Lore
Writer talks about folklore and legends, good atmosphere, sometimes creepy and always interesting.

>Astonishing Legends
Two guys discuss specific legends in very good detail. Atmospherically it falls between the first two.

>Detective
Not really paranormal but insightful and often what some might consider disturbing. Homicide detective Joe Kenda discusses his experiences on the job.

The Generation Why
Some guys discuss murders and mysteries, some paranormal some not. I've just picked it up so I can't really say more than that.

The Black Tapes is pretty good. It's a fictionalized radio drama about podcasters and researchers into the paranormal, specifically the Strand Institute, which seeks to debunk all evidence of the supernatural. It's pretty good overall and has both interesting plots to each episodes and a cool overarching meta-plot tying it all together.

I'm thinking about going to some type of conjurer of the the magic arts to attempt to conjure up a love spell for this girl I've been after for a couple of years (complicated situation). I've tried the law of attraction, but I'm skeptical now.

Are there any negative consequences from these spells that I should worry about? I don't want a bunch of demons knocking on my door or anything.

>>
The negative consequence will be from getting ripped off by conmen.
What kind of bloody skeptic are you.
>>
>>17100685
Yes, you will get a random woman who will wreck your relationship/household.
Pray to Jesus Christ instead, because He knows the best things for you.
>>
You may always doubt whether she fell for a con, or for you. If successful, you are basically doing the mental equivalent of drugging her physically and having your way with her. Now is that something you do everyone you love? Do you really love her, or do you hate her rejection?

Love... Love under will shall be whole of the law.
